Great layout and a test for any golfer in the wind. Lovely rolling fairways. Some cracking par 3s too.

Course in very good condition

First 9 holes had freedom of the course then got behind 3 lads one of them taking 5 shots to get 100yards. Wouldn’t let us through. Maybe their first game of golf and didn’t know the etiquette. Slightly frustrating having to wait but we didn’t let this spoil our game. Will definitely return in the future

Can’t argue, course was in good condition, staff was helpful and friendly, nice little practice green there, and a separately owned driving range just down the road. Definitely recommend, and for the price, was a steal!

This course was stunning today sun was out what a great place to play golf not a flat course and not a easy course but very enjoyable on a sunny day if your not fit like me lol I would recommend a buggy

Course in reasonable condition greens not ideal

The course was quite wet but we have had a lot of rain. The winter greens were not the best.

It is a decent, challenging course.

What a great course very different from what we normally play as they are usually parkland courses, this was a bit links like in places but very enjoyable.

Played the day before and booked for the next day as we enjoyed it so much. Recommend playing, course in good condition.

I brought my girlfriend (15 handicap) here for her 30th birthday weekend. We got caught in terrible weather for the first 7 holes, however, the sun soon came out and we had 3 hours of fantastic golf. The views at Buxton and High Peak are sublime. The course was playing well even with the weather we experienced. The staff were brilliant and gave us some vital local course information. All in all, a wonderful course with great flow and character. Would recommend to all.

We had an enjoyable round , helped with a gorgeous sunny and warm day. Shorts and short sleeves were the order of the day. A friendly and warm welcome in the clubhouse. Scorecard and course map given.

The course was in excellent condition, with fairways as good as the start of a summer. Signage was excellent with hole information on each tee. The yardage plates were clearly seen.

The views from all holes were great and at times we had to absorb where we were on a late September Tuesday.

The greens were good, a little bit of sand on some but understandable after the rain last week and prep for the winter.

An enjoyable day on a lovely golf course. We play a different course each week and this is up there with the best.
