Good course I'm a novice player it's easy to navigate greens felt good

Had a great day playing at Calderfieds. Course was in good condition. I liked the layout of the course, with a couple of tricky holes to keep it interesting. Will go back again.

Great course,very well maintained. Pace was a bit slow as I had a 4 ball in front of me which took 13 holes before they asked me to play through. Very good value for money and a all round good day out.will be playing here many more times this year.

I have played this course a few times in the past but not for at least 4 years. I was very impressed when playing it recently that I decided to play it again. The course has improved massively compared to the course I played a few years ago. The greens were fast but true and consistent.

Plenty chance to get the big stick out and hit a few, grass perfect, greens loverly. How nice to have a Covid pint aswell after a good round. Great golfing venue. Will visit plenty times more. AP on my balls if you find any :)

A well laid out course although we did play the wrong hole after coming off the 1st green due to lack of clear sign The bunkers were hard to. play out of due to lack of sand but I enjoyed the round although me and my partner did not play to the best of our ability. Would look forward to playing again in better conditions. Value for money.

Really good course, felt a little samey at times not much difference in the landscaping. Well maintained and really comfortable time to play without being rushed.

very flat, unspectacular course, not many signature features. Condition was reasonable considering the lockdown period. Clubhouse is very good, course is not very fitting of such good facilities.

I played earlier today after a rainy day yesterday. The fairways are in surprisingly great conditions. A few of the greens could use some work. But, overall, I joined a 3-some in the middle of the round and it was enjoyable. It has some tricky holes for sure. However, it also has some gettable holes if you hit good shots. The greens fees are quite affordable, even when you hire clubs.

The course was in excellent condition, best greens we have played on for a few months. But because it was a lovely sunny Sunday afternoon the course was busy and we got stuck behind a four ball who didn’ t call is through until15 hole so we were waiting on virtually every hole. Other than that course was in excellent condition and will definitely return in the future.

Played Friday morning..quite on the course so we could play at our own pace..very well looked after. Greens perfect..Great value for money will deffenitly be booking there again

We played a 2 ball late Saturday afternoon and found the course not busy at all, and we're able to cruise around at our own leisure, which meant we were not rushed but not held up at all.

The course played well for march and the greens were a little on the slow side but once used to them we were fine. The course offered a lot of challenges with narrow fairways that mean you have to be accurate but long, otherwise you end up in the tree strewn rough meaning you will struggle to get par.

There are a fair few water hazards which add variety to the course , so it's not just plain bunkers dotted around.

Overall it's a challenging course for a weekend golfer.

Considering the weather course was good. Very windy so lots of leaves. Enjoyed my round, played here many times.

Excellent service staff were very friendly giving advice on how to play the tricky holes and a bucket of free range balls to loosen up before we went out, cracking day would recommend high handicappers beware tight course

played her a few times, greens are very patchy and bumpy, tees are in fairway places on some tees, kids running onto fairways from the back of the park, bunkers Stoney and not much sand, very wide and open and very bland course, is better than some municipals but only just, trying to do to much off the course instead of on it, good section in shop,

There are too many flat par fours that are virtually indistinguishable from each other. Otherwise everything was good

Shocking conditions on the greens

Boring layout on most holes just narrow and long

Couldn’t play out the bunkers as the condition of them was shocking
