Lovely, but spoiled by members
Was asked on 3 separate occasions by members if we paid our geen fees, at this point it becomes annoying
Decent little course with some fun holes
This is a 9 holer with a few extra tee boxes but it's good fun, has some very nice holes and blends in wonderfully with the woods around it.
Overall a great little 9 hole course surrounded by beautiful woodland. . Good local pub by the 2nd tee for a beer afterwards..
Good course, snooty locals.
Really nice course but the locals made it pretty clear they don't like the fact their course is on Golf Now if they don't want my money then take your course off the site. We we're stuck behind a 4ball of locals who all played to a very low standard and refused to let us play through slowing down the speed of play for lots of other golfers. I wouldn't recommend this course based on the local's behaviour.
Greenfee
All ok. No discount for over 65s which is a shame.
Its ok to encourage new blood , but us oldies need to keep fit too.
Nice setting and a lovely little course but slightly neglected
This is a great little 9 hole course in a very nice setting. We paid £26 on a Saturday morning which isn’t bad for 18 on a Saturday. The course is well established and quite tight with tree lined fairways. However the greens are not in the best condition and it could generally do with a bit more attention. A bit like lots of courses nowadays.
However a very enjoyable round. Recommended.
Would definitely play again
Short course with no par 5. Greens and fair way in good condition. Worth the money.

Not the longest , but great for 9 holes at twilight

Very enjoyable round at this course. Greens had just been topped but were still good. Nice tight course that makes you think about your shots. Only a couple of holes driver friendly. Staff brilliant and everyone very friendly. Definitely recommend this course.

the greens had been scraped and punctured. they were miserable to play on. had I known this at the point of booking I would not have paid.

Course in pretty good condition apart from the greens as very sandy with work being carried out on then but everything else spot on
Nice setting average condition
This is a short course, fairly tight and not many opportunities to use a driver. Set in the woods, the greens are in average condition but for £12.50 it’s good value, only 9 holes and you play them twice for 12.50

With Respect, you turned up at a different time to your allotted booking, so the members were uncertain why you were on the course. Many of the members are volunteer marshals and have the booking details to hand on their mobile phone.
