When I arrived I was a little shocked to find out that there wasn’t a driving range or chipping area to practice on before play and as a result of this my first few holes were a little rusty. They did have a practice net however but there was nowhere that I could tee up to drive

I was also shocked that there were not 18 holes but rather on the 2nd 9 I played the same hole as before with a different tee box on a few occasions

The course layout was difficult to follow and annoying at times as some holes went across the fairway of another resulting in slow play

Not bad for the money the greens were in very good condition when I played.

The recent rain has improved the golf course significantly. The greens are fast and holding. For £12 you can't go far wrong.

Course was very relaxed and signing in easy. Got a little busy after we started playing (probably being a bit slow with too many shots!) but other players were courteous and understanding. Would happily play again, even though some of the greens need a bit of TLC.

Course playing well with all greens playing consistant and firm.

This is the second time I have played this course and the first time was in the summer months. However, playing the course in the winter is more challenging. The amount of leaves on the course does make for a very frustrating round as spending time looking for your ball, even on the fairway, does slow the game up and can be very frustraing. However, the greens are excellent but the fairways and tee boxes are a little on the average side.

Picked based on precious reviews for a new place for a Sat am 9 holes. It's a basic layout with a few tricks up its sleeve, good value for money. Alot of trees on course and so be wary at this time of year with balls being lost in fallen leaves around the fairways. Will play again.

Course playing very well and quite forgiving as the rough is not so rough in this hot weather. Greens very quick but we'll looked after.

Course is OK they're not going to hold the open there any time soon but generally well kept. You can play 18 by going round twice with a number of different tees. Bar was nice, sports on and friendly members and owner. We'll definitely be back, this place is on the up.

Really enjoyed it - excellent greens, and a few different tees meant good variety playing the same 9 holes twice. Bunkers weren't in the best shape after rain, but we both very much liked the course. Quiet, and so play was very fast too.

The course was in very nice condition. Tee's were good, fairways were good and the greens were some of the truest running greens I've ever played.

Although only a 9 hole course, it does play as an 18 hole with 7 of the holes with different tee boxes. Found it a little tricky to navigate the next tee box on certain holes.

A relatively easy course to navigate. No real danger anywhere although the rough was cut quite low the ball does sit down so track your ball carefully if offline.

All in all though a nice relaxed course. Perfect for new golfers, juniors and mid to high handicappers

Although a relatively flat 9 hole course that you play twice, it is quite challenging. Well laid out and a mature course that is excellently maintained. It is wasn't busy and this added to a good feel about the club. A good clubhouse with friendly staff. Will go back again!

This is an awsome little course to play. Greens are very fast . Fair ways are good to get your eye in.
