The Quarry Golf Course

As soon as i got out of my car i had a worker come grab my bags and told me he was going to fill up the coolers with ice and water. I work in the hospitality world so this kind of stuff goes a long way with me. The front and back 9 are 2 different courses. Front is very spread out and filled with water, and the back is awesome because its in the quarry and you can see the whole 9 holes. The pace is play sometimes isn’t the best and ive had times where its been pretty backed up. But it never gets too bad to where im not having a good time!

Course has all the Golf Course has "All" the Amenities a Quality course should have. Staff was friendly, informative, & very customer focused. Thanks for the great time & keep up the great work. I will definitely become a repeat customer.

The felt 9 was very challenging and shot selection was key. The back 9 felt a little more forgiving but was very scenic. The course is very well maintained. The greens were pretty slow which made putting a challenge as well.

Love playing the Quarry and was excited to play on what I understand is supposed to be new greens since last Spring. They were shaggy, spotty on some holes and bumpy! Maybe they are about to punch which I hope is the reason. For the price it was very disappointing.

Course was in fantastic shape, greens were fast, weather was great, fairways were great.... Honestly just a really nice springtime round.

Group in front of us in a Sunday was taking about 20 minutes a hole. They were teeing off 2 balls (usually cause they lost the first) and playing the tips. Some greens had dead spots but that’s due to lack of rain here. I didn’t like that my $100 tee time didn’t come with a complimentary small bag of range balls

Links style course is in excellent condition. Greens in great shape, a little slow. GPS is best in city. Carts are great with ice chest. Great practice facility but driving range is limited to irons only. Great food at the grill.

The Quarry is always a great layout and even better now that it has greened up.

The course did not appear to be busy but there was an outing early that day. My cart had not been cleaned and there was trash, cigar butts and a full beer in the cooler

My 1st time playing the Quarry. The course was in great shape. It is definitely unique and really fun to play. The Staff was nice and friendly. They highly encourage a quick pace of play and we finished in just around 3 & 1/2 hours.

Excellent golf course. A real gem. Should be in your regular rotation if local or a must play if visiting San Antonio. Conditions, staff and overall product are always great!

The course is always great. Two unique nines. First nine traditional. Second nine in the old rock quarry. Wonderful course despite the higher price.

This unique course required that you respect each shot you take. If it’s your first time proceed carefully with reading the GPS to know where the trouble is. The putting greens can either be very slow or very slick depending on what direction you’re putting from. I had a hole in one on number eight first one in my career! This will always be a special course to me! The staff was above excellent!
