Very well kept course, medium to fast greens. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Definitely recommend playing here

Cart path only due to the amount of rain the area had gotten but the course drained well and was good

First time playing the course. Booked the tee time through Golf Now. The course had aerated & Sanded the greens the day I played. Would’ve been nice had the pro shop informed me of that before I paid to play. Other than that everything was good. Greens were receptive to shots. You could really throw them at the pins and they’d hold. Speed of the greens were down do to the sand, but that was to be expected. Layout is awesome! Would definitely recommend this course to anyone.

Top notch public course! Always in good shape, greens are quick for a public course that gets this much play. Cheaper than La Cantera and harder than the Quarry. Also, this course, unlike the Quarry, actually has shade. More expensive than Silverhorn but it’s a superior layout and the greens are faster with much more slope.

I guess the tee times are to close to each other, and the marshal had no clue that the pace of place was that slow, one of the golf carts ran out of battery around hole 12 no one answered at the pro shop, we did not finish the round because of pace of play cart without battery and the irrigation system started going off on hole 13, if you don't want people playing at that hour don't sell late tee times.

P.s. should've known it was going to be a bad round since the beginning, carts where not available and we had to wait for other players to finish so we can use the carts after there were used for a whole round of golf.

It had been well over a year since me and the fellas last played Canyon Springs; mainly because it's so hard to get a Saturday morning Tee Time. Now, I understand why its so popular....

This course is in great shape. It has always been a beautiful and well maintained track. However, given the current state of most courses in the local area...... the folks at Canyon Springs are doing things the right way! Fairways are beautiful, tee boxes are in good shape and the greens are picture perfect and rolling true....albeit a little fast.

Great job Team.... we will be back!!

Only downside... the starter was a little rude.

Oh yea, I love the new addition to the driving range!!

Loved this course! Challenging greens, interesting layout through the hill country woodlands, and great amenities. Golf tracer range was an upgraded touch! I’d play here anytime!

UPDATE (As of 16 JUN 2024):

1. Range Balls prices have shot through the roof and it is not due to the going price of range balls. Be honest and state that the prices have gone up due to the installation of the new and improved range. Honesty will pay dividends if you explain the benefits of the improvements (or at least it would have for me). Trying to justify the exorbitant price increase as "going rate" is BS! -- I actually liked the new enhancements as the range is elevated and it was always hard to gauge distances during warm up. My numbers were able to be dialed in better using the new technology. -- This is a good investment!

The course is in fantastic shape too. Just wish the Marshall would have moved the groups ahead of us a bit more, because we had to wait on every tee box. The group ahead of us should have moved up a tee box.

Pretty fast pace. Had the first tee time and finished within 3hours 40 minutes.

Wanted to bring my wife to come see me play, paying extra fee. Staff said it wasn’t possible because of the demand of the day, but ended being a solo rider. She could have come with no problem.
