Decent for Municipal
Decent course for a municipal but the tee boxes and greens need serious work. Fairways and rough have been good all year round. Staff great and facilities decent.
I'd recommend for an easy 9 hole if you go at the right time, but peak time is far too expensive for the state of the course. Only really worth price at off-peak hours.
Municipal - at to high a price
Staff awesome, course ok but I didn't know it was municipal. Tee boxes need serious attention & greens are very patchy. I wasn't too keen on dogs running freely on the course & people just using the fairways as shortcuts to the shops.
£20 each was not a fair price to pay.
I'm sorry to say I will not be visiting again.
Enjoyable Round of Golf
For a municipal course I found Edwalton to be very nice. I have been on worse and I have been on better courses, it lived up to my expectations and I would even say I was pleasantly surprised. The distance was OK and some of the holes were challenging as they were narrow fairways. All things considered I was very satisfied. The staff were very efficient and friendly and well organised.
