Course and greens were frozen

A very familiar course local to me and love the courses and facilities. Only gripe is that £35 green fee for a course which is bordering unplayable is a very expensive. When the greens are impossible to land on and the tee boxes are rock solid and slippy, it would've been nice to maybe be given a £10 token for the bar to reflect conditions.

Great course(s)

Course was quite damp, especially back 9 but front 9 was great, despite the recent heavy rain. Full greens which were in good condition too and only a few mats on certain holes. Exceptional facilities and staff always provide a warm welcome. Play both courses here regularly and it never disappoints. Highly recommended.

One of my favourites

My second time playing the signature course and it did not disappoint. The greens are kept in a excellent condition all year round. Will be returning all year round.

mmm

Don't usually write reviews.

Firstly tee off times gave us a time that then got overruled by the club. THe replacement time had also not been acknowledged so that when we turned up there was no spot for us. Fortunately a no show enabled us to go.

Though the course was in good condition I found it rather charmless, noisy, no spaces between holes, clearly built to maximise land potential rather than a golfing experience. Greens were very sandy and with an uneven roll. We called it a day after 14 holes

Well Maintained, great design

Great design, played from white tee, my wife from red. It was challenging without destroying the fun.

good fairways and true mid-speed greens, bunkers with correct amount of firm sand.

Really enjoyed it and would love to play again.
