Great Lever & Farnworth Golf Club

Played Great Lever and Farnworth GC. What a brilliant day out. Fantastic course, great and friendly staff (couldn't do enough for me). The course was in amazing condition. Finding some of the tees was a bit tricky, but I would 100% play there again and also recommend to my friends, family and golf buddies.

Played last Friday on a club day out though I can't fault the course the pin positions were absolutely ridiculous I don't know whst the greenkeeper was upto practically every hole was on an incline and made most putts almost impossible in fact putting became a lottery

Played on a lovely hot day, course in fantastic condition, greens best iv played in years, lovely breeze to help coold down due to the hills,

Course just needs some bins and yardage markers.

Will be playing again

Nice corse flatish with nice layout wide fairway and true greens. Nice corse holes for all abilits. Few Nice dog legs and par 3 holes. Nice round good price.

Played here Monday for the first time. Great course really enjoyed it layout is good decent condition only complaint was tee boxes were long and need cutting and my watch couldnt pick up the holes so not sure if the course layout has been changed??? But overall a great course and a great price definitely recommend

I haven't played this course for over 4 years. I was pleasantly surprised with the great condition of the course and improved layout. Well worth £20.

Played this course many times, well presented, greens and tees in good order.

No bar service when we finished at 2.30 just a coffee machine and flap jacks from the pro shop.

I haven't played this course in 4 years, the standard of the greens/course are very good. The new layout works well. I will definitely be back, we'll worth £20.

The course was in good condition nice wide fairways .the greens were average challenge the one thong would only complain about is I never seen 1 bin bye any tee boxes or any were so there was some rubbish just on the ground...nice view the weather was very nice and warm I would recommend this course value for money...

Played in the even ing in mid June. The course was immaculate and really enjoyed it. You do have to cross the main road between hole but not a big deal. The quality of the course is first rate and there are some really tricky holes which test even the best golfers. A good number of long par 4’s and only cost £14! Bargain will defo play again

First time playing this course, friendly welcome in pro shop. Decent practice facilities. Course in good condition greens rolled well. Gentle walk around no real inclines to negotiate. On my visit a few kids messing around in bunkers and shouting purposely on my back swing. Overall a course worth playing, at the price can’t complain.

Average waiting time on every tee 10mins ruined our game the four ball in front of us where members of this club and would let us play through .
