Really enjoyed this course,will definitely play again the course was good considering the recent weather holes were well layed out and challenging went in the clubhouse and met by friendly staff and good prices well done to you all definitely see you all again thanks 😊

First time playing here and won't be the last time course was in good condition even tho we had a lot of rain even tho there where a good few people playing never got held up at all staff very friendly and helpful I really enjoyed it

Played today very windy and cold but the course was in unbelievable condition for time of year greens where great not the biggest but ok . Funny layout you have to cross a main road to play about 7 holes but well worth it

A belting course and well looked after challenging especially with abit of wind bring extra balls some of best greens I’ve played and friendly helpful staff in the pro shop

This course is very good. Has tight fairways which I found quite challenging. Another feature is that you find some, not all of the greens are very very fast. I think the more you play it then you will get used to this. Its very different than other courses I play and that's what I really like.

I’ve played this course many times before but it felt like it had gone backwards in quality and I don’t like the new layout , also took us 4hrs 10 mins stuck behind 2 very slow 4 balls , not once did they ask us to play through , we was a 2 ball

Having played the course about 8 times over the year's, most of which was, with my Dad who was a past member. That was the old course layout.

I came a few month's out of lock down with my son and we both said it was lovely but would play better after some good sun.

Yesterday I came with my good friend from Blackburn, his first time playing at Great Lever.

We both had a great day and thoroughly enjoyed playing, apart from me, who hit a sweet last tee shot on the 18th and forgot there was a pond right in front of the green.

It didn't hamper our day and made up for it with an ice cold pint of Madri on the 19th.

Staff and members where all very friendly and accommodating.

Will definitely be back before winter.

This course has a good level of skill for all levels of playing

It wasn't busy witch gave you time to think about your game more

The fairways and greens are well looked after

Fairways are smooth greens can be fast but tricky if you don't read your puts

The new Green keeper and team have done and amazing job in 2022.. Big changes and massive improvement to the course. With the ongoing work I’m looking forward to how it will be in 2023

Tee boxes a little uneven but greens excellent, fairways well cut, we’ll go again

Play this again. Good greens. Pity there was no breakfast service

Fantastic course, best greens I have played all year, it was hard going playing on the hottest day on record but the course made it worth the effort. The course condition was fantastic and there are some fantastic golf holes on the course and at £14 it was a fantastic deal, can’t wait to play it again

Lovely course, greens and fairways are in great condition, we got there early for a quick pint and spoke to a few members, all very friendly, we got advised to make sure we stayed out of the rough, but as we found out most of the rough was knee height, a few lost balls but still would definitely recommend

Really nice course and really well kept, will definitely keep coming back.

I was disappointed with the layout. It is difficult to find several holes. Signage is poor for some holes. One or two holes are too adjacent to others. Even parts of the fairways are corrugated in places and the hard surface causes shots to deviate so far that I lost 6 balls
