Beautiful greens

We played as a two ball late on a Saturday afternoon. It is a beautiful parkland course with some nice wide fairways and some that were fairly narrow and offered a sterner challenge.. The greens were like carpets and once we'd adjusted to the fairly quick pace of them, it was easy to trust the ball was going to run true. Round in a brisk three hours and ten minutes, it made for a very enjoyable round and excellent value for money.

On the downside, it was tricky to find, even with a satnav (especially with a satnav, it sent me up some dead ends) and we never got chance to try the bar as it was quite late when we finished

A great 18 hole course for a player of my level

Booking was simple, parking was no problem, greeting was friendly, course conditions were very good! Course was forgiving on the whole. The only thing missing for me is a driving range

Shame about the rain

A wet and cold Tuesday afternoon. Thw Pro gave us an excellent welcome, the course was quiet, some greens had been slit and sanded but overall it was good and we will return.
