Best greens I have played on in November for a long time friendly clubhouse value for money

Great course. Well set out and a fair challenge. Great greens even in late October.

Bunkers well placed and in good condition.

The course was in very good condition and offered a good challenge to all grades of golfer

Welcome could have been a little warmer in the pro shop and rather annoying having let a two ball through a couple of members assumed we would let them through on the same hole and drove right behind us and were quite arrogant- are you members we’re in a comp - we are experienced golfers and would have let them through on the next hole anyway - they then had to walk back to the tee as ball lost and did not say anything

Booked the course after checking out a few in the area before going to a match in the evening. Wasn’t disappointed. Very friendly welcome. Pre round breakfast sandwiches were lovely. Fantastic layout! Very mature course. Fairways were the best we have played in a long long time! Just a shame the greens had been air ated recently but it didnt stop our enjoyment. Would be interesting to see how quick they were a few weeks ago! Would love to come back in the future 👍🏻

We have been to the course a few years ago and found the price at moment was good only to find the price was reflected by the fact they had sanded greens . When we started to play the course we soon found that most of the course was not in good condition considering it was coming to the end of summer season around the greens in particular was very poorly managed, will not be going back again .

Course was good, all on temp greens. Hence the cheap price. Other than that the rest of the course was OK. Nice lay out.. Staff were very helpful..

Beautiful course, played it quite a few times over the years, 4 times in the last few months overall the course is beautifully maintained as is better now than I have experienced it over the last 30 years.

Great course in fabulous condition. Greens great condition very fast but true . Highly recommended

Staff were very welcoming, the facilities on offer were beyond expectations - practice ground, chipping green, undulating putting green

perfect weather course was in wonderful condition

no signs from 1st green to 2nd tee but otherwise easy to follow

couple of courtesy holes

would love to have finished but took 3 hours for 11 holes due to a slow competition in front

will definitely return but likely later tee time

A traditional and well kept gently undulating Parkland Course.

Extremely friendly Staff and members both on and off course.

Would give 5* for condition of course but several bunkers were very devoid of sand (The overnight downpour may have contributed to this)

Overall throughly recommended and will visit again soon.

The tee boxes, fairways and greens were top notch, whatever the greens keeper’s are doing there they could give some lessons to other green keepers on other golf courses because it was so immaculate, would definitely recommend this course

The course was in excellent condition and a good challenge for all capabilities of golfers

Very impressed with this course, great layout, great conditions, never even knew it was there until i went on this site, its 15 mins drive for me, sont think this course would be playable in winter times because looks like it would be a very boggy course with the amount of trees on the course
