An overall disappointing effort. The front 9 were passable, greens however are like dirty carpets, don’t play true. Was told the back 9 was open, however, when we reached the back 9, they had more in common with a rainforest than a golf course. Unfortunately the MyTime courses are, in large, not tended very well, if at all. Had a membership after an absence of a few years, due to poor conditions, had this membership cancelled as there has been no improvements at all
Some Challenging Holes, Greens Not Great
I love this course, with the aircraft taking off over the fence with Birmingham Airport as you play. The only slight issue was that some of the greens were not very smooth - lots of drainage holes and some sand, making putting accurately very difficult.
Slipped standards this year
Greens in poor condition. Not a cheap round of golf here so expect far better. Club house facilities excellent but staff disinterested
Driving range
I have been here a few times , course is okay but the driving range is really unreliable , golf dispenser not working sometimes and tonight "no balls"!!!!!! unbelievable!!!
This course was brilliant
1st time of going and loved it can't wait to play again.. friendly people and staff
Playing at Hatchford Brooke
Enjoyed playing this course, Bunkers could have done with more sand in.Overall fairways & greens were in good condition. For this time of the year greens could have been more quicker.Course was very quiet which suited us no body pressing from behind overall enjoyed playing this course.
Birmingham Airport
Hatchford Brook, nice sunny day!!! First time playing course, small firm greens. Deep rough if off target slightly. Short course, worth a visit for the cost.
latest visit
shame that many of the holes had a crown making for poor putting results
latest visit
shame the first cut off the fairways was not cut a shade shorter - hard to spot balls with grass at current length
greens a challenge due to their speed on this visit
18 Holes of Golf
Course could do with a bit of TLC. Having said that we thoroughly enjoyed our round and look forward to playing it again in the summer. Facilities off the course are excellent. Too much water in the bunkers was the main issue.

whilst weather has been wet we were not advised either at the booking stage or when arriving that there were a number of temporary greens, one of which resembled a wet sand pit!!
Course very wet in places only to be expected at this time of year. Clubhouse is really nice I just hope now they will give the course some serious tlc as it could be really good as it has lots of natural features, enough length for pretty much all the golfers who use it.

Avoid it.
Very poor experience. Course is rough and ready which is fine for a cheap course but the bunkers are almost gravel pits. Were surprised to see a gaggle of local chavs walking their dogs on the course letting them run wild while their kids ran on a green and messed around with a flag. Then on the next hole more kids with bikes were playing in the bushes. Another group of golfers were unacceptably slow and showed no interest in even acknowledging us or letting us through. Then on the last hole people (not players, unless bright pink Saree's are now golf attire, even Rickie Fowler couldn't pull that one off) were on the edge of the 18th meaning we had to wait. You're clearly not there to play so get off the holes! Not to mention kids doing handstands on the first tee box as we walked off. Is it that hard for the club to put up signs and make sure visitors stay off the course? The only reason we completed the round was because the weather was simply simply lovely! Other than that it was a joke and not enjoyable at all.
Hatcford
Tom in the pro shop was very helpful we had a player who could not make it due to illness i have spoken to someone about a credit hopefully this will be forthcoming as for the golf the greens were being trated rough was very severe weather caught us out got soaked british weatbet for you but still managed to enjoy it
Nice clubhouse
The new clubhouse is lovely it's a shame the course is in such poor quality the greens were in poor condition people out walking there dogs on the course aswell as kids riding there bikes through greens and bunkers there does seem to be more attention paid to the money being spent in the clubhouse from kids party's etc rather than looking after the course and it's golfers
Former Municipal Course next to Bham Airport
I had hoped that the improvements made to the course following it being taken over by the mytime charity group from B'ham City Council would have continued. Sadly not , the course condition overall was poor , greens inconsistent, fairways scruffy , tees in poor condition. The bunkers have always been awful and nothings changed. This is one of the more expensive courses of the B'ham group of courses and is therefore not as good value for money.
