The course condition was terrible
The course is not well looked after and the greens are horrendous

Condition of course good condition of greens average value for green fee not so good as you can play private courses a lot cheaper at weekends
Disappointing greens.
Poor greens let this course down. To putt you have to hope the ball isn’t diverted too much by the drainage holes and the intermittent bald and grass patches. Reasonable value for money for a twilight round.
Pretty poor
Top tracer didn’t work on the range. Greens were awful to say the least. Other players in t shirts and puffer jackets etc. just an overall poor experience. I won’t be back!
Terrible pace of play
The lads in front of us were taking 25 minutes a hole and me n my mate had to leave on the 7th hole because it was getting very frustrating and people from 3 tee times before us was always catching us up every tee box it was a very poor experience
Not great, but priced accordingly.
Its okay for a cheap knock but greens are very poor and the course needs work.

Played this course on and off over 35 years, however on this occasion the greens were abysmal if we had known they were in this condition we would have played elsewhere.
Poor
Played Hatchford many times around the Covid era and always thought it was a lovely, well maintained course. Been back for the first in a few years and can’t believe how much it’s gone down hill, such a shame. Very disappointing.
greens are awful
dont bother taking your putter there is hardly any grass on the greens,there are huge cracks on some greens that make it imposdsible to putt

The greens were absolutely unplayable only which I took photos to show how unlooked after this course actually is,

Can’t moan really for £11
Greens are not great at all and ended up walking off after 13 holes just because of how slow the play was, waiting about 10 minutes for been able to tee off. Some kids playing football on the one tee box and then a family having a day out watching the planes and playing football on another tee box which was very off putting. However for £11 I can’t be too disappointed just makes me mad how people think it is acceptable.
