great greens for winter and the tees are astroturf but can get a tee in them. very enjoyable

Considering the weather, the course was in very good condition!

Booked this on a hot deal and proved to be brilliant value for money. For how wet it's been the course was in great condition with all greens in good condition and all tee boxes still in use.

Fair course and flat which is always a bonus, in general fairways are achievable from the tee and the greens are large. Watch out for the bunkers.

All members and staff friendly, will definitely look to play again.

Arrived onsite, big car park at the front anc a short walk around to the pro shop to check in. Good covid setup and score cards and free pencils at ghe entrance to the shop. Friendly welcome and away we went to tee off. Great view from the first tee and greenkeepers hard at work doing a great job, but stopping while we tee off. Weather was nice and sunny at the start but at about the 8th the rain came and continued way after we had finished. The weather didn't dampen our enjoyment of the course and the views you get from 14th tee. Book your tee time soon.

Decided to book a “hot deal” at the last minute and on arrival, found we were partnered up with a couple of nice guys who, as it turned out, were fairly similar in standard to ourselves. I had played the course before, but probably around 25-30 years ago, and I couldn’t remember it at all. Surprising really, as there were some really beautiful elevated tees providing great views of the course which was in very good order, though we all had some problems judging the speed of the greens which were relatively slow. Despite heavy rain around in the previous week or so, the course was water free and the fairways in good condition. Club pro was very chatty and friendly as were the members we met after the round and all in all we found this a very enjoyable experience and would thoroughly recommend Leek Golf Club as a venue to play.

I had read the reviews before and was not disapointed. Course was in great condition with greens you could challenge. A slight negitive would be if the course was busy, because the with some tee off spots you have to wait for the odd green to be clear before proceeding. But the view are well worth it.

This is the 1st outing at Leek and what a pleasure. Elevated tee positions, beautiful fairways and greens that ran true. Not n overly tough course, you can be a little off with the driver. The course is forgiving under the trees, and doesn't have too many OOB. There are plenty of bunkers to hinder your round. The course is in great condition, i would highly recommend this course to a mid handicap player.

Course is easy to play. Fair few bunkers. Nice variation of uphill and downhill holes.
