Beautiful course
First time I have played here and was impressed with the layout and surroundings, not a long course but challenging holes , friendly staff and only criticism is the lack of signage of where to check in for your round of golf
This course is fun to play and a good golfing challenge
Played on a overcast day in February, The course was in good condition considering the time of year, some of the greens were very sanded and a bit of a lottery but that didn’t spoil the enjoyment of the challenge. Some very interesting holes with spectacular drives over ravines and interesting approaches to green. Will play again when the weather improves and would recommend to anyone who likes a course that make you think and doesn’t mind an undulating course.
Good course at a good price
Played little lakes twice now and enjoyed it both times if you have never played here before then I recommend it a good and challenging course for all levels if I was being picky the only thing I’d suggest is maybe more signage because if you’ve never played it before it’s easy to wander the wrong way after some of the holes
Muddy
Very wet and muddy, course probably shouldn’t have been open. No staff at all so couldn’t even get a scorecard
Pretty good
Course was in pretty good condition considering the recent bad weather. Staff were very friendly and helpful
Very good
Considering all the rain in the last few days the course was remarkably in good condition
First time visitors
Course was in good condition save fro the greens which had all been treated with sand - we were not informed. Not unsurprisingly we were the only players on the course.
As first time players to this course we were disappointed that the course signage wasn't better. it was not straightforward to us where the next tee was for example or which green was the target and as there is no course layout on the scorecard we were often playing blind..
we finished our round at 5.30 pm and as it appeared the clubhouse was shut we left.
Challenging for all levels.
Overall the course was enjoyable, but the sum total of it left me leaving just an average experience.
Waited for easily twenty minutes for ground staff to clear the green on approach to first.I get this has to be done, and no doubt mid morning Tuesday is ideal for footfall, but put us back on our tight schedule.
Other than that the course was challenging and varied.
Disappointed that at ten in the morning we couldn't get any tea or coffee let alone breakfast, however the well stocked shop for the residents saved the day.
Didn't really have any interaction with staff, but what there was (groundstaff and the guy who gave us scorecards as no reception) were friendly and helpful.
Used to be class
No atmosphere, rubbish greens, course used be A+, now, not so good

Played here before and always been acceptable. Today was a complete nightmare. No marshalling of slow society resulting in 5 hour round. Bunkers full of water and course in general poor condition. Won’t return 😡
Course requiring accuracy and thought
Little lakes golf course might only be 5700 off the yellows, but you certainly feel like you've played 18 holes when you've finished. It's a course with lots of long up and down contours and often tree lined or water lined fairways. Accuracy and choosing the right club off the tee is vital to be in the right place to attack the greens. However there are a few holes when you can rip the driver a long way downhill, which is always a nice feeling!
The greens are very well maintained.
Value
Good course, well looked after, quiet on a Monday!
Lovely course
I couldn't fault the course. Considering the dry season we've just had the whole course was very green and well kept. I played on my own so I choose this little lakes because it was quiet and the price was really good (better valve then most courses). The course is very hilly so if you are old or have bad legs I would recommend a buggy. I've played most of the golf courses around Worcestershire and this is one of my favourites. Definitely considering the cost. I had a nice chat with an honorary member halfway so people are very friendly there. All in all it was a 10/10 from me.
Pace of play
Great little course.. play it all the time.. not too long.. lots of character! But do not play it on a weekend late morning onwards as you’ll be lucky to finish in 4 hours
