Hidden gem
Until recently I had never heard of this course even though I had virtually driven past the front door for 30 years. So glad that I now know about this peach of a course. Every hole makes you think about how to play it to help play to par which is never easy, particularly with the lightning quick greens when I was there.
Will certainly be making this a regular visit.
Only 11 holes open , but all on very good green . The fairways was very wet .
The club pro was sound and said we could do as many holes as we wanted. ( did 20 in all )
Will be going back in the summer.

Great course, a bit soft in places but got to be expected for the time of year
Good day but not perfect
My son and I played on Monday 11th September. My only issue was the greens. Too many in repaired pitch marks! Either people are blind or just don’t care!
Great Course - Slow Play
Had a really good day yesterday, course was great and the staff at the club are lovely. However we started over 30 minutes late due to a society day before us arriving late. Was disappointed there was no acknowledgment from any of their group that caused the delay to at least apologise. This was topped with the groups play being quite slow which added to the delay. Don’t want to knock the course too much as it’s a great place to play but the delay was frustrating.
Good challenge....
Played after a weeks good weather following wet July.
Drainage improvements over winter working well.
Course in great condition.
Greens true and quite quick with enough shape and slope to challenge.
OOB a constant threat to the left from 1 to 8.
Good course management needed to navigate successfully.
Look forward to play again soon.
4 ball in the rain
Second time in a week here, front 9 good back nine hard good course overall.
Greens better this time
Played last year and looked forward to the greens. Not that good on the day. But played thursday and were very nice. Only fault on the course were standing water on fairways holes 1-4. This time of year not expected really. Play alot of courses known for good drainage so i think i'm just used to nice dry courses even after heavy rain. Would play again only in summer.

Really nice course a stones throw from where we live, will be playing this many more times.
Course great - Pace of play not so
Thoroughly enjoyed the course but nearly 5 hours to get round spoilt it.
Great course
First time playing here and wont be the last a lovely course with some great holes and really enjoyed it. The greens are spot on and will be back soon

The coarse was in excellent condition for the time of year and will definitely play there again ⛳️
