Average hotel course
Pace of play good on a Sunday. Allowed to tee off early at 11.15 instead of 12.15 course in reasonable condition and as a hotel course reasonable. Lay out a bit up and down with too many ditches! For me
Over all recommend for w/e away
A fair test of golf for all standard of players
Enjoyed a midweek round of golf with 2 other friends,. Course was quiet and in good condition with a number of helpful friendly green keepers and staff on hand. Will certainly play again, especially at the price we paid.
Only downside is that the prices in bar are quite expensive, which probably accounted for not many people being in it.
Excellent Value For Money
What a pleasant course with very friendly staff.
Passed this course a few times (it just off the A14) decided to play this course as I had a voucher to use. We was expecting this to be much the same as any other "Hotel Course" (take the money and just push them out with out a care of the circumstances)
Had I known how friendly the place was I would of played here a long time ago. Excellent facilities at a very good price. Am looking to go again next Sunday and stop a little longer and have Sunday Lunch @ 10 a head .
Fair course
Course was very wet, we was behind a group who wouldn't let us go through waited for every shot. Since we followed them whole 18 holes it took 4 hours to play.
New Additions are Great
Having played this once before, the new bunkers and update on the course are really nice.
Great course, if you are hitting in straight you will score well.
Course in the ice
Very well laid out course. Me and my pals are all mid-handicappers and the course was challenging, yet forgiving. I was impressed with the fairways and felt we had a chance to score low on every hole. Thoroughly enjoyable day out and look forward to playing it again in warmer weather.
