Paid £8.99 with no idea what to expect not being from the area. The course has a decent layout which was in good condition and is brilliant value for money.

I had a really disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this golf course. The pace of play was extremely slow due to a group in front of us who were not only holding up multiple groups (at least four behind them), but also behaving inappropriately.

They appeared to be under the influence, openly smoking what smelled like cannabis on the course. When we politely asked to play through, the situation escalated in a way that felt unsafe. Members of their group became aggressive and even attempted to swing a golf club in our direction, which was completely unacceptable.

A golf course should be a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone, and unfortunately this experience was the opposite. Better monitoring and management of player behavior is clearly needed to prevent situations like this in the future.

Played here today, greens are in a terrible state worst ive seen , tee boxes are awful

Just booked a quick round nice and easy.

Course is basic, bunkers and greens are not the best but for the price and a quick knock you can't grumble.

Wide open fairways helps high handicappers like myself. The greens have improved but could be better. Bunkers need a little TLC but they do have some sand in them.

VFM means this is a course well worth the money. Also, the bar provides a good level of food and drink. In addition, the kitchen is usually open from 7.30am.

Fantastic little course for the price of it, buggies also very very cheap which is a bonus

The condition of the course has improved greatly since November last year.

The course will suit most mid to high handicappers where you can if playing well score well.

There is a par 3 on the back nine is tough being very high with not that much room for the ball to stop.

On the day the course was very busy and lasted over 4.5 hours. However, good company and the course being better than expected made the day enjoyable.

Always a nice walk around. For the price you can't go wrong. Just a shame they dont like single players out even when there's plenty of tee times available.

Knocks it down in my eyes.

This isn’t the most challenging course. But it has character. Good for beginners and fun for those more experienced. Great fun for golfers of any level and great facilities with friendly staff!

Very saddened by the standard.of the course in June. Greens were terrible. Patchy and slow. The T boxes were so so poor. Bunkers had weeks 1 foot tall. Sad really as last year it was substantially better. A distinct lack of course etiquette meant that 9 holes was enough after 2.5 hours. Gutted because I know the owner has put a lot of time, money and effort in.
