From the warm welcome you receive at reception to the quality bar to the excellent warm up facilities this venue sets up you for a fantastic day's golf on a superbly manicured layout. An ideal blend of challenging and easier holes means there is something for everyone here. Would highly recommend if you are in the area. Will definitely be back.

Lovely layout. Beautifully maintained. Has stretches or easy holes then really challenging holes.

Have played this course 4 or 5 times now. Excellent course in great condition. Staff really helpful and always tried to get me on the course before my tee time if I have arrived early.

Most recent visit not so good, got stuck behind a 4 ball playing really slow and would nit let us through despite the course ahead being clear. It got to the stage where there was 3 groups waiting yo tee off

This is probably one of my favourite courses. The layout is well thought out and uses the natural contours. The tees and greens were very good however the fairways this time could do with a little work. Overall an excellent course that I will be playing again.

Nice play in nice condition, was pretty busy but half term week so that’s understandable. Greens in nice condition and subtle slopes and breaks. A little bit up and down but not a really tough walk.

Played a number of time but left this time really disappointed! 2.25 to play 9 holes slow play was an understatement!

What we were really disappointed with was the attitude of the lady on reception, really ooir!!! Nonchalant to the point of saying “what do you want me to do about it”

These remarks came after us advising after completing 9 holes and it being that slow, the 2 ball in front skipped the back 9 to play the front 9 again....

Such a great course set in fantastic surroundings. One of the Gems of this area without a doubt

Tough course very challenging

We have played the course 4 times now with no issues, however today we left very disappointed. 2 hours 25min to play the first 9 holes the two ball in front were that frustrated they jumped back on the first hole after 9.

We came off after 9 and spoke to the lady on reception who was most unhelpful I would go so far to say no Nonchalant! What do you want me to do was her response!

The course is in good condition and as previously stated we have never had an issue but this time poor attitude and slow play ruined a day off work, and we only played 9 holes!

Great course. Well bunkered. Rarely a straight putt on the undulating greens

Beautiful course, lovely layout and some really nice holes. The 17th is one of the best par 3’s you will play, brilliant. Course gets a little boggy after a lot of rain but for the most part it is fine. Well looked after and a good setup all round.

Had a great round at Rufford Park. Excellent value for money and easy to book. The course is very picturesque, set in parkland. Well spaced out so very little noise from fellow players on other holes. Great variety of holes - over water/parkland/up and down fairways and undulating greens etc. Made the round enjoyable and challenging at the same time. Would recommend without hesitation and will definitely return.
