Fantastic course always in great condition

Only downside was slow pace of play due to overbooking at peak times

The course was well maintained. Bunkers were neat with lots of sand. One of the best courses I have played during the winter months.

As much as I love this course, we arrived to find out it was 18 temporary greens. I understand that this is why the course plays so well in Spring/ Summer but there was no information listed on the website showing that it’s all temporary greens which was a little frustrating even for the price we paid. There were several 2 balls in front of us and as much as I appreciate they were seniors, the pace of play was pretty dismal and we were waiting on every tee box for quite a while which does make the golf a little less fun.

Other than that, the course played fantastic as always. I highly rate this place and I will definitely be returning (once full course is in play).

Only thing I was disappointed with was the winter greens. Will be back in the summer for sure. Always enjoy coming back to play.

Played in Feb. Course so good even at this time of year . Can't wait for a summer round here.

Front 9 I was 16 over par. Back 9 3 over golf is one weird game !!

The course was in fantastic condition for this time of year, the greens were slow but which can be expected this time of year,

played here course good layout let down by a kids tournament so we teed of 1 hour late and stuck behind them 9 holes took 3 hours unable to finish our round wasn't informed this tournament was on waste of money round

Lovely course, but unfortunately on the day we played it had too many temporary greens that always makes a lottery for putting

Lovely course surrounded by nature. Despite all the rain we were still on normal greens and there was no standing water on the course at all!

Love this course, and £12.99 was a bargain!

Fairways good no water on course ,greens really good no bald spots no Gur on greens. Areas roped off to protect some walk areas but understandable at time of year.played at 12.15 pm finished at approx 4.00pm just missed light going at about 4.30. Play was slow on back 9.

Unlucky with the weather, very misty to begin and couldn't see the course layout / greens / flags.

Fairways were a bit bare and whilst the greens were pretty smooth, they did have the odd bump etc

Enjoyed the round it’s quite a long course but we’ll layed out snd quite a challenge

Course was good for a damp late October afternoon

Only complaint was that we finished about 5.20, got to the bar for 5.30, and they had turned the beer pumps off

& didn’t really have much of a choice of bottled beer to compensate

Would recommend the course but get to the bar early

Good course sadly around the greens the condition was awful. Most should have been under repair but they werent, overall its a good course apart from it being painfully slow stuck behind a few 4 balls which took around 20/30 mins a hole on the back 9 and didn't allow us to play through despite being a fast 2 ball.

Teed off at 1.20 pm. Had to shelter for 10 mins due to heavy downpour of rain. Finished at 5pm just as the daylight was fading. We walked to bar at 5.05pm to grab a drink and check our scorecards only to be told the bar had closed at 5pm. About 10 golfers were sat having a drink and chat whilst we had to get on our way without any refreshments.

It would be good if the staff provided refreshments asked golfers teeing off if they would be joining them for refreshments after their round and staying open for 5 to 10 mind accordingly.

Other than that the course was great.
