Will definitely play again great value for money

A few blind holes if you have never played it.Up and down hill with slopes left and right. A challenge to your game. Only down side is the bunkers look like building sand with Large pebbles in them. Not good for the club.

Quirky course, first 7 holes are the easiest, get your score in then, gets very tricky after that. Great elevation changes.. well worth a visit

Beautiful course, well looked after, greens are great! Tee's are great, bunkers are well kept. Over all cracking course, will be returning soon!

Excellent quite quirky course makes you think about every shot and not just bang a driver off every tee.course in excellent condition every hole was different. Staff very friendly and was made to feel very welcome. Will be back again.

Great from Tee to Green.

The only downside is bunkers being short of Sand but that’s the same for every golf course due to Covid.

So will come back again no problem.

It’s a nice course and worth a visit, the first 7 holes or so you feel far to close to the other holes but it opens up after that

Course is excellent, greens had been holitined though and very sandy.. will be back when greens are ready.

Played here on a Sunday at midday very busy but got around in good time in a 2 ball. a good challenging course a lot of hills but if you hit well and play well here you will dominate flat courses. very well looked after ther greens were brilliant well kept overall il be going back

Uttoxeter is not long but can be tough if your offline. Its hilly and a tough walk but mature, challenging and makes you think

The rain has done this golf course a world of good, lush fairways, quality greens and cheap green fees

A must for anyone in the midlands

First impression wasn’t great when we arrived and reported to the Pro shop, I am guessing it was the Pro but he was incredibly rude on his mobile phone and failed to acknowledge or address our arrival - after a few minutes waiting like an idiot in the shop, we left and went to the first tee.

Course was good, a bit wet under the turf which heavily encouraged hitting fat - very easily. A

The semi round is very tough and really snags the club head making it quite unforgiving, which I understand / keep on the fairway….

Greens are too class, tricky and fast.

Tee boxes need levelling off during the winter as they are all over the place.

Staff in the clubhouse after were lovely and beer was great.

Over all a solid 8/10

Fantastic corse best course you will ever play for the money absolutely brilliant all round

30 H/cap’er - 1st time I visited Uttoxeter Golf Club today. I can honestly say I enjoyed almost everything about the day. From arriving, the staff were very helpful and members were very friendly. The warm-up/ practice facilities were in great condition. I had very high hopes for the course.

The course it’s self was in beautiful condition. Greens were well kept and the ball ran true. My only criticism of the whole day, was the lay out of the course. Not something that can be helped mind. It is very up and down and a unique challenge as unless you are on a par 3 you can’t see a flag from a tee box. Having no previous experience of the course this was difficult to play. Due it it’s up and down nature I also found this a very tough walk, even with a push trolly.

I really would stress it is a great course with lovely people around it, but be prepared for a challenging day on the course, with lots of blind shots.
