First 5 holes are quite tight but then it gets much bigger, the greens are fast and have some tricky slopes.

The staff have been working hard on upgrading the course over the past couple of years, and now it shows

Love playing Wareham GC

Here at Wareham Golf Club though not too long it still offers a few challenging holes with its inclination and doglegs. Most importantly it is well looked after with its quality fairways and true greens particularly well for the small price for a round here.

This place also has a lovely bar you can enjoy a round at the 19th hole as well as a nicely stocked, fair price pro shop with the staff very happy to help provide you with all your needs for the round.

First few holes are a bit tight but then it gets much bigger!

Course has sufficient challenge, fairways and greens were in great condition. Course layout is well designed and pace of play flowed brilliantly. Greens felt fast but played very true. Very good price on Hot Now Deal.

I’ve now played here several times now and this is now in my top 10 to play. Yes it’s a bit tight for the first few but then when you go out the back into the forest it’s lovely.

Hurry up and finish off the 18 T box.

I would like to see a practice area and a driving range 🙏.

I’m down here for work and brought my clubs to try and sneak a weekend round in.

Even though the weather has been biblical all week, the course was great condition.

The staff in the pro shop were chatty, helpful and polite. Not like others I’ve been to who treat visitor like peasants.

All in all, it may have been my first round here, but it won’t be my last.

I play this course regularly it’s great condition and an all-round good course I would highly recommend

Very accommodating and friendly in pro shop. Probably finest pint of Guinness ever. Course in excellent condition especially considering that there has been so much rain. Round was slow probably because there was a league match up ahead but it was a Saturday so to be expected

Played on Friday last, really enjoyed it,liked the course, tee boxes were a bit rough but overall a good round..

First five holes in poor condition the fairways and tee boxes were very patchy the greens were ok we thought very unusual because of the amount of rain recently once you cross over onto second half of course some very interesting holes and in better condition very friendly club house with good food .

A challenging course set on the edge of wareham forest. Greens an fairways in good shape but the rough was quite punishing. Be prepared for hills! Especially the 17th named “Cardiac Hill” by the locals.

Really enjoyed my round with my sons , some lovely little testing holes for a mid handicapper like me so I was happy with my 87 !!!

The tees could do with an overhaul, perhaps levelled out ?

Greens nice and true with a med pace.

Quite hilly in places with blind 2nd shots , some nice views though 👍🏻

The recent glorious weather had affected fairways a little with some bare lies around , to be expected though .

Clubhouse and pro shop good and friendly , lovely cold beer at the end of the round !

Definitely play here again 🙂

Excellent club with friendly people. Course is in great condition and playing well. My only gripes were the slow play due to a competition ahead of us. Not too bad though.

This is the first time I played the course and found it very nice course and very reasonable price
