Nice course not too difficult ,the greens were running at a nice pace the overall condition of the course was good enjoyable round of golf.

Good course. Couple of places under repairs and a couple of temp tee boxes and greens - can’t be helped and good to see course being cared for.

Challenging course with some tricky holes but disappointed we were not warned about the remodelling work with a temporary green for one hole and various mounds of earth. Would like to return when work fully completed.

Otherwise enjoyable afternoon with special mention for the lady on reception.

Not a bad days golf at all really, fairways and greens are fine, lots of building work all over the course obviously makes it a bit of an eyesore in places, 1 temporary green on that we weren't told about but that's just a minor thing for me, it happens. Once all the work is done it's a really nice course, plenty of fairway to play with and pretty straight for the big hitters. Would Return.

We played and the course is obviously popular but at the same time a little slow when going around. Disappointed in a few greens, one temporary, one with grass cuttings all over it and one with extremely long grass in patches. The greens were also extremely firm.

The course is tight and you do have to play straight. The course is okay but I wouldn’t travel over an hour again to play it. The cost was acceptable and clubhouse looks smart and pro shop staff were friendly.

It is a club with potential and is obviously having some work to make some finishing touches.

2 temporary greens on and fair amount of GUR's which was a little frustrating.

Has the potential to be decent course if more care was taken looking after the course.

Greens were OK. Some good some not so good. A bit patchy and 2 paces at times.

I might be a little harsh but I left feeling disappointed

Good course and facilities. Usually in a very good condition. Multiple holes having work done from temporary tees to temporary greens and areas of mud that has been re seeded but not yet taken.

I’m sure it will look great again one day but currently it’s in a repairing state.

Enjoyed our round here despite the weather, excellent lay out and although a couple of holes were having work done on them it will be very nice shortly

Arrived early. Was meet by the professional very nice person. Booked in quickly. And informed a couple of players before us. Course in process of being made ready after the virus. Front nine is open. The back nine is tighter due to conifer trees. There are at present 2 temporary greens. The tee boxes are on the fairways. Again been made ready for later. Greens in good condition grass a little long on the fairway. The course is longer than you think. All in all our first time and will not be our last. At this present time there is no refreshment so take a drink and banana for energy. I felt I needed it. Some of the jokes there is a walk to the next tee. Thank you wergs for your hospitality and we shall see you again.

Considering all wet weather recently, the course was in real good condition. The greens were smooth and well kept. Overall feel of club was warm friendly and good course. Quite flat course which would be good for ones who struggle with hilly courses. Defo worth a round if not more.

Played as a 2 ball on a Sunday. Great course in top condition following a few weeks of heavy rain. Friendly members.

Excellent course. Straight and long. Easy to get round.flat and short walks to next tee. Fairways and greens in excellent condition, and the rough was suitably hard enough to play out of. No complaints at all. Played as a 4some. Didn't feel. Like holding anyone up which is good!would highly recommend and will play again soon.

I booked this. Course to treat my dad for his bday as he a member at Walsall the staff in bar and club shop were very professional great breakfast deal before we played the course was in good condition some very testing holes would definitely play here again

As a higher handicap I found that the course, although challenging, did not overly punish slightly wayward shots. Making it an enjoyable course to play.
