Excellent course. Straight and long. Easy to get round.flat and short walks to next tee. Fairways and greens in excellent condition, and the rough was suitably hard enough to play out of. No complaints at all. Played as a 4some. Didn't feel. Like holding anyone up which is good!would highly recommend and will play again soon.

I booked this. Course to treat my dad for his bday as he a member at Walsall the staff in bar and club shop were very professional great breakfast deal before we played the course was in good condition some very testing holes would definitely play here again

As a higher handicap I found that the course, although challenging, did not overly punish slightly wayward shots. Making it an enjoyable course to play.

Last played here in summer

2017 and the course was far better today. Really good club great facilities and greens best I’ve ever known here

Course was in really lovely condition and the changes have blended in very well.I think it's the best I have seen it since playing there a few years ago, still a firm test but rewards good play. Would recommend.

On arrival the car parking is excellent, the staff extremely friendly and the clubhouse very nice. No complaints about the course it was acceptable without being very good. All in all a very enjoyable days golf. I fully recommend.

Last played the course in August last year. It was in great condition and the greens were superb. This week the fairways were lovely but the greens were in an awful state, not worth the fee we paid, like putting on weetabix .

Hadn’t played the course for a number of years and found it to be much friendlier.New layout much better but clumps of cut long grass on fairways and first cut let it down.Has water features on many holes and there’s always a tall conifer to catch a stray drive or wayward approach.Pace of play quite good for morning tee off time,enjoyable round of golf.Course just needs a little more attention to detail.

Always been a fan of this course , and after the weather we have had to put up with the course was in good condition. The changes to the course over the last couple of years are starting to knit in with the rest of the surroundings, and think if we ever get any warmth and some sun it will do everything the world of good..

All temporary greens, unnecessary, they were mostly ok to play, they could have opened some.

This is not my first review about this course and it probably won't be my last but as I said before hadn't played here for over 15 years it as no matured into a fine course really good green's some good long holes par 4 and 5s (off the whites) tree lined fairways water I could go on but I'll save it for next time

Not really one to complain but I my playing partner and myself were left quite disappointed by the course, Given its proximity to Wolverhampton it has the opportunity to become a beacon for good value golf, the problems: greens, boring, featureless and flat on what it otherwise an interesting layout, the issue was mainly condition, fairways were poor, greens covered in lumps of grass cuttings, generally untidy and the view coming down the 9th of two skips brimming with bottles didn't add the day.

They are missing a trick, a bit of attention to detail and greens that don't resemble temps and they could have a cracker
