Overall good experience, was really nice to be able to get a buggy even though we didn't reserve one for our round, we had an early round aobthis could have helped this. Overall good course with well maintained greens, only advice would be to get in some practice putts before heading out to gauge the speed.

I really enjoyed my round my round even though I didn’t play particularly well. Not the most challenging of courses but that suited me. Course was in great condition especially the greens for the time of year. We were told we could hit our shots where they landed. Lovely views of the surrounding area and we were lucky enough to have nice weather.

I've played here many times and the course is set in stunning scenery with great views towards the pennines.

Yesterday the course was in the best condition that I have ever seen it!

The fairways were immaculate and the greens we're fast and true.

However the one thing that lets this course down is the fact that there is a distinct lack of signs directing those who don't play the course regularly from one tee to the next. As this is a hybrid course consisting of less than 18 different greens, this is more important than ever, as there are several variations in either tee off point or green over the 18 holes and it's easy to get muddled.

Otherwise it's a great experience!

I had a good round and a good time but the course is very hilly for someone of my age and I soon remembered why it's been a few years since I last played here. But the course is in good condition and the views are quite stunning.

Having played the course earlier in the year I think upkeep was better. Often at the lower holes the first cut of rough is challenging.

The Greens were well manicured

It was not busy for a Monday afternoon. We were lucky with the weather.

Really well kept course with some challenging holes and a some really steep climbs too - not for the faint hearted! The only negative was the fact that several of the holes were shared between two tees which caused a bit of traffic. Also, after playing a couple of the very hilly holes once, we didn't fancy doing them again! Overall, a really good experience though.

Great hilly course with beautiful views, greens very good condition. Excellent value for money

Being a course with numerous pedestrian routes there was quite a bit of rubbish around the course and there were a lot of divots that had not been replaced or filled in that made it more difficult.
