Great round
Super round, stunning views and super-friendly. Will defo return and rent a buggy!
First class
Great course, with fantastic views. Staff very friendly and helpful. It’s a hard walk so a buggy is a good idea
Nice course
Nice course if a bit confusing with double tees etc just had to double check I was on the correct one. Staff very helpful course in good nick enjoyed it
Tough on a hot day
Hillside course with sloping fairways that are like concrete at the moment due to the heatwave. Three or four cardiac arrest climbs from green to tee and would definitely take a buggy next time. Greens fast and , playing for the first time, mistakes made with poor positioning but a good round of golf and would certainly play again.
Prachtige vergezichten

Love the course, Jamie was very friendly and all the members I met were great. Even gave us a free buggy :-)
5 star
Outstanding views! Very good course
My dad and I played here for the first time on Saturday. Considering it was peak time we got an excellent price, and we're delighted to find it not too crowded. The course and views were stunning, the staff and members were all extremely friendly. We had a great day. Greens we're true, fairways and rough all very well kept. Couldn't ask for more for the price. Delighted. Will definitely be going back.
Challenging golf course
At any time of year this golf course is a challenge. Although there are only twelve actual greens, playing off different tee's for the other six holes, really changes those holes to being entirely different set ups. It's a challenging course which needs good course management, and the correct choice of club on any particular day.
The scenery on the course is as good as you'll find anywhere in and around Cheshire and Manchester. Having spectacular views over Manchester, Cheshire and over to Derbyshire.
A buggy could be required if you're not to good on your pins, as some sections of the course are hilly. But those hills are the reason for the stunning views. The grounds staff and the club staff all work hard to ensure a great days golf can be had by anyone visiting this golf course. All round the course is a true test of golf for all levels, and a real treat to play on a beautiful sunny day, as in the day we played.
