Torrance Park Golf Course

Welcomed with very friendly staff today . I never got to finish my round as the weather had taken it toll on us and only managed 7 holes. However weather aside the course is first and foremost so easy to get around . Greens were outstanding even for the very very bad weather it had taken . Lovely layout of the course and I’ll be coming again very soon , weather permitting

as it was saturated, i did not see this course, at its best. well draining greens.

Nice course. Great views. Course management needed. Keep drainage work up and greens will come good. Ask members to repair pitch marks. We will be back.

Course has come on and the decision to cut back the rough in places has made it more playable and enjoyable.

I called at 8am due to torrential rain to ask if I can reschedule. The guy I spoke to said it was light rain (it was torrential) and he ‘didn’t make any money from Golf Now bookings. Now considering the course was empty, I assume £20 was better than nothing but made to feel like a 2nd class citizen. Asked if I could reschedule and was told to contact Golf now. Basically forced to play but had to come off half way as the weather was unplayable. Never again

Course in O.K. condition . Some fairways soggy and un-replaced divots . Greens in good condition.

Great course, only fault would be its slightly straight but that's me being picky, in great condition and definitely worth a play.

Had a great day. Man at reception was very friendly and helpful. Course was on great condition. Great course but hit the rough there's no point looking for your ball.

Course was in great condition, heavy rain meant some anticipated wet areas but overall condition was great. The first few greens were a bit patchy but from hole 3 onwards they were in good condition

After weeks of poor weather, this course hasn’t handled it well at all. Would love to play it again after a few days of heat.

I booked on the morning of the 19th of Nov.had a look at the course on line it looked fine.turned up at the course to be told that the fairways were closed so i had the choice of playing off a Mat or from the side of the fairway.also the tee boxes were closed.there was no mention of this when booking. Course was not in good condition (greens were awful) a lot of litter on the course.

First time playing this course, lots of the tee areas are in poor condition and a few course markers are way off! 2nd hole, aim way left of the marker as hitting directly over it or slightly right, like our group did, will put you in the trees/ rough on the right side. Tee guide shows a dog left right however it actually goes the other way. Course is narrow in parts and a good test. Most greens are well guarded by bunkers and testing. Will play this course again as knowing the lay out will make it easier.
