About
Alhambra Golf Course has a player-friendly design that is ideal for beginners but also great for more experienced players who are looking for a quick but fun round. The layout is a shorter par-71 design at 5,478 yards. It may not be long but it offers plenty of other challenges. There is plenty of variety between the two vastly different nines. The front nine holes are fairly flat, parkland holes with generous fairways lined with trees. The beginning holes provide a good warm-up for Alhambra Golf Course's more difficult back nine where you'll have to use every club in your bag. The back sprawls across rolling terrain, incorporating elevation changes ranging from subtle to dramatic. There are also more strategically placed bunkers on the back nine. Alhambra's 16th is the signature hole. This tricky par 5 begins with an intimidating tee shot over water in order to reach the fairway.

In good shape.
The course is in good shape. Pace of play was slow as a family of four was taking multiple attempts from one spot (dropping 2-3 balls and one person hitting all of them). It wouldn’t be so bad if there was no rush but they were leaving holes they could have been playing ahead wide open for this practice time.
Green 4 & 5 had so many ball marks that weren’t being fixed. Not a knock on the course, more the players leaving them. Overall Greens are smooth and well kept.

The course is well maintained and had a great layout for those learning the game
Fun course, good value
This course is on the easier-side but has a really fun layout with some challenging holes. Great for beginners and intermediate players. One of my favorite courses lately!
Great course for the money
My second time playing this course. The facilities are good, except several of the driving range mats were missing the rubber tees, so I couldn’t hit my driver. The course was in very nice condition and the greens were relatively smooth and fast. It’s a short course even from the blue tees, but still plenty challenging. Will play here again!
Good value
The course is is reasonably good shape. The pace of play was slow, however the cost to play this course is very good.
