Great deal for the money, great course for those that are not big hitters.

Arrived at course on time .pro shop was very friendly answered my question was able to get us out a couple minutes early. Our round took 4 hrs . Overall it was a great golf day

No carts available
We had a 10:30 tee time with a price which included carts. After paying and checking in, we learned from other patrons that there no carts were available and the staff was waiting for the first group to return with carts. The comment from the pro shop was “you can walk “ at the same price as w/cart. 30 minutes after our tee time, we received cart and were off . This delay also after all the subsequent tee times with many waiting around. How hard is it to calculate the number of carts needed for booked times?

Carts are missing
They have no carts and we have to wait hour and half to tee off after the time of booking.

It’s okay
I didn’t like that when I got there, they charge me more money than I paid on golf now. I didn’t like that I had to pay an additional fee just to be the person driving the golf cart, I didn’t like the third person who comes around in a golf cart with drinks and snacks only came by once, I didn’t like that the golf course is incorporated in the neighborhood as it could be very distracting, all the ball clean meaning spaces were empty and dried up, the different advertisements at the stations had graffiti on them, overall it was an OK course. Also apparently they don’t allow you to bring your own alcohol which is a bummer

What a terrible course!!!!
First and foremost the staff is terrible. You got a cashier and a cart boy running the entire fricking show, it's an embarrassment to the sport. Please do not expect to start at your tee time because there is no organization what so ever. You'll find yourself paying then asking players or just kinda standing around trying to figure out what time and who you're supposed to tee off with. The cart you're paying for don't bother planning on having that either because they will infact be gone because they book, book, book and book some more tee times on top of each other never allowing carts to come in at the rate they go out. Once you do finally get out you'll find yourself on the tee box with a downhill side hill lie off the tee. (Doesn't take a genius to find a level spot to set the tees) well you've hit your first drive in the fairway or I should say what you think is the fairway because there is no different between them and the rough. Or you'll be searching for your well hit ball somewhere under the millions of leaves that are all over the course. (You'll loose at least two balls do to the leaves and that's hitting the ball well) let's see that brings you to the greens that are shag carpets. All in all the course has potential but the people running it simply don't know how. Save your money and frustration and look to play a different course.

OVERPRICED
RATHER EXPENSIVE FOR CONDITIONS. PLAYED ON A FRIDAY AND TEE TIME WAS 9:45, DID'NT START UNTIL 10:15. bIG BACKUP AT FIRST TEE FOR SOME REASON. TONS OF LEAVES ON THE COURSE, LOST A COUPLE BALLS BECAUSE OF THEM. I'D HOPE FOR BETTER CONDITIONS IN SUMMER MAYBE. NOT AS NICE A DUBLIN RANCH OR LAS POSITAS. SHOULD BE ALOT CHEAPER

Waste of space
This once was one of the nicest courses in the area. Now that it is the only course in the area, they have let this course go. It is ALWAYS in terrible condition. If there were rough, you wouldn't know were it ended and the fairway began.

Course Conditions
Greens in great shape! Rest of course in very poor condition! Need to grow grass everywhere for 2021! Figure it out. As the ONLY golfing option now in Brentwood, would be so much better track with GRASS in the fairways and rough! Bunkers need work too but since no one has been playing out of them current conditions understandable. Good luck! MBGA ... "Make Brentwood Great Again"!

Won’t be back
It’s a real shame. The course has a nice design and layout, but the condition is just so bad it’s simply not worth playing anymore. The tee.boxes are rough and the fairways are either mud or hard pan with sparse tuffs of grass here and there. The greens have grass, but are bumpy, slow and simply not well maintained. It really could be a nice track if somebody would simply make the investment in suitable maintenance.
