Bayou Oaks City Park South Course

The course itself was well maintained! Wide open fairways and beautiful greens. However we paid over 100$ Each (2 players) to play and for that price it made the day not worth it. There was no assistance at bag drop.. There was no cart girl.. ever. The restaurant to grab a bite to eat was closed. The GPS in the cart never worked. The course Marshall kept telling us to “hurry up or pick up and move on”!! When it was not us slowing the pace. It was others that we had no control over cause they were not playing with us. The staff was not friendly at all and gave us the wrong score cards for our course so with no GPS and wrong score cards it made play almost impossible! I get that it was Black Friday but knowing this and knowing how busy they were going to be you would have thought they would have been more prepared! Don’t waste your money. Play elsewhere that you will get more bang for your buck and friendlier service.

At the price point, I expected this course to be more exclusive. It was basically a well-maintained municipal course. The staff was nice. The greens were in good shape, but very sandy. The course design is really basic. This is not a bad course, but don’t expect a high end experience as the price might indicate.

CP South is in excellent shape with greens running fast. Really enjoyed the course and the pace of play. Will play again soon. Great value for the $.

Greens were fast. Only downside of the greens were the ball marks that weren’t fixed by other golfers and whatever golfer that was ahead of us that doesn’t know how to walk and left drag marks on a lot of the greens.

Thought the course was not in it’s best shape. The greens were recently sanded and there was dirt showing on a number of greens and like a municipal course players were not repairing their ball marks. The pace of play was a little slow but we were a three some playing behind a slow group of four players. The fairways were wide but the grass was a little tight to my liking. For the price I payed through golf now we’ll worth the money

Don’t waste your money. Greens are in horrible condition. They really need to hire a greenskeeper who will maintain the greens!! They have let them go. It’s shameful.

Boring layout. Scorched greens. Right at the price ceiling of $60 . Location saves this course. 4th best in the GNOA..

I have a great time every time I play. They do tend to overbook so you have to not only play fast but you will be waiting at tee boxes. Wish that they'd redo the greens at North terribly.
