Diablo Creek Golf Course

This course has many different layouts for the overall course design. It's fun and challenging and a decent price. The range and putting green have helped me to improve my game, and the restaurant inside has great food and drinks.

My group plays here about twice a month and have a great experience every time it plays long but fair !

The course was in very good condition despite the drought. Greens were in great condition, fairways had very little dry spots. The round was played at 1:00pm on a Wednesday and the pace of play was a little faster than average.

It had been many years since I last played Diablo Creek. Wasn't sure how it was going to be like after all those years. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that it's held up nicely. The fairways were fine but the greens were great.
Also liked the friendly staff. It was a bit backed up due to some slow players but we still enjoyed our round. Will definitely be back.

Simple course, but beautiful. Greens look great for the current drought. Not a lot of surprises from this course, but long. I'll be coming back here for a while.

This is a great course for one to work on improving their overall game.

Played on July 3rd. Pace of play extremely slow. 3 hours + for the first 9 holes. A couple of 5somes a few holes in front of us. Apparently 5somes are allowed on this course. Made for a miserable round for everyone else. Several players in front of and behind us left after 12 or so holes.

Groups of 5 should not be allowed, particularly on busy days. There should have been a marshall monitoring the situation.

Great course that is maintained and kept green in these conditions. Can get backed up, but we played behind a beginner group. Greens were the best in the area!

This is the first time I played on this course and I was empress. Staff are very friendly, receptable and very accommodation, fairways are in good shape, greens are well taken care of. Foods are excellent cleaned and the prices are great. I played golf quite often and so far, my experience in Diablo Creek surpassed the rest of the courses around this area and I am looking forward to play again in this course. Thanks Diablo Creek starting to the Staff, maintenance, ground crews, personnel for excellent job, well done!

My son and husband treat me to a round of golf, which is always my Mother's Day request. The starter was courteous and friendly. The golf course was in good condition and we really enjoyed our round. My only complaint is the service in The Legends grill. The customer should have the decision regarding their food order and beverage, not what the bartender or order-taker thinks is best for the customer. Service and courtesy lacked. I'd certainly play the course again, but maybe eat somewhere else.

Greens are in good shape and we finished in a little under 4.5 hours - which didn't feel terribly long given that it was a Sunday, perfect weather and it was obvious that a lot of the golfers out there hadn't played in a few months (or maybe years). We play Diablo Creek about 12 times a year, it's a good neighborhood course (although not our neighborhood) very walkable, good value, friendly competent staff.

I always love playing at Diablo Creek because it's a flat, easy walking course, although I use a cart when I play 18 just to keep the pace of play going. The only suggestion I'd make to the course owners is to place a clearly marked sign indicating where the 10th tee is once you leave the 9th hole because if you haven't played here before you wouldn't know to drive BEHIND the clubhouse to get to it.

We were there fore kid's preparation for the up-coming tournament.
I have struggled for some reason...boys played well and understood the course layout and green conditions.
As always it is hard to expect but pace of play was bit too slow.
Love their food & beverage.... oh they mis-understood our order but quality was great.

love everything about this course. really, really long fun course. will play it again every chance I get.

Enjoyed the 1st 9 had lunch then waited in line for the 2nd 9. Some very rude players bumped us because we had stopped for lunch Christmas. Too darn bad. Won't at at Diablo Creek again. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

But could pick up the pace a little. It was a 5+ hour round. We played from the tips and it was long...like 7000 yards!

We were told there was a 45 minute delay, then another hour. We ended up having to cancel, due to a business related appointment at 1;00.
Very sad experience, and still had to pay a reservation fee...

Good course . Greens are good and some with slope, challenging. Price is reasonable.

good value, quick pace of play, friendly staff, mats for the driving range, nice patio, restroom reeks, staff is friendly. Course plays long, especially on the back nine. Flat lies, greens seemed to be player friendly.
