Played on a day when they were punching the greens on the back nine. So we played the front nine twice so its hard to give the place a true rating. The back nine is probably the better 9. It was fine for the 25 dollars I paid after using discounts.

The course condition was extremely wet and it appeared to be over watered which was evident by some seriously wet areas, some quite close to the greens. The grill was undermanned, I entered for drink two at a table but no staff in attendance, waited about ten minutes then walked out.

Love this course. Always has tee times, super fast play, moderately difficult, can be said that it’s minimally taken care of but if you stay in the fairway it’s a great course for a great price
