Desert Dunes Golf Course

Nice course. Greens were a mess. Bump and bounce putting. Some traps were muddy. Otherwise, it’s a fairly nice course.

Front nine was slow Then s single jumped in at the turn and it went super slow, totally messes with my game.

Always windy. Today was easily a 3 club wind. Greens were in abnormally bad shape. Slow and not running true in any way. It was the first day of the season and the music they were playing made up for the very poor greens.

Course dried out and over seeded.

Sand traps not maintained.

Employees very friendly.

Will have to try again in season.

Beautiful and challenging course

Course in the process of reseeding but still fun. It was hot and very humid but plenty of cold drinking water.

Nice course that’s hit tough times. Fun place to knock a ball around. Can’t be serious about your score. Sand is so bad I didn’t play out of it. Some greens are decent and others are terrible. Staff was nice and pleasant. Good place to play if you short on time.

Well to start with cheap price 17 dollars to play but the fairways were on browned out only green in the course were the greens and they were slow if you just want to play cheep go there but lots of mud and dormant grass

Course was great! Very difficult for a beginner golfer but everyone there was friendly and helpful.

Conditions reflect cutbacks on expenses. I still love the course and being in the desert. I just adjusted to the dry summer fairways and greens. I hope they’ll restore the course to a better level of conditions in the Fall.
