Enagic Golf Club at Eastlake

I’ve always said this course was way too overpriced, but man played on Wednesday and the course is in horrible conditions. Every other hole is getting fixed which you have to avoid and not hit the workers. It would be fine if it was cheaper due to the conditions or at least they would let you know that the course is getting fixed. Paying $70 plus on a weekday is not it and felt like a robbery. Very disappointed and hope they fix the pricing at least since it looks like a $30 course.

This course has potential but they are charging way too much. The green aprons are under repair, the fairways arent great either. The greens do roll extremely well and the staff was very pleasant.

I haven’t played here in about a year. The course is in good shape. The greens were soft (maybe an 8 due to watering) and rolled true. The tee boxes were level, and with the exception of some par threes not too banged up (it is a public course after all). The roughs were hairy and sticky (not Torrey bad, though), a friend that was not hitting many fairways lost more than a few balls. Looked like the green expansion they are working on is not quite finished. The staff were all very friendly, and the bar and grill were tasty.

Course was great for the money. I loved the layout and would have been amazing if they kept the fairways in better shape. The greens seemed slow at first on the practice area bu they actually rolled pretty well. I would play it again.

Golf now booking worked fine. The driving range and short game area were well laid out. Play pace was great. Course was in fine shape. Overall enjoyable round.

Absolute worst customer service ever experience, I payed for a tee time as a single and they wouldn’t give me my own cart. When I asked to talk to a manager the kid said he wasn’t in, when I asked for anybody other than him, he essentially told me to deal with it. I was on the phone with their corporate office and she was trying to contact the pro shop and she could barely get through to him. All over a cart, embarrassing . This course is getting the reputation as blatantly disrespectful and unprofessional and unfortunately I got to experience it first hand today.

Course didnt even have a starter, went off at 1230 got through 11 holes by 345. Group of 5 in front of us and group of six in front of them playing at a snails pace. Ranger apologized about the course being backed but little too late at that point. Not paying 150 just to play a 6 and half hr round. Plenty of other courses to go play in San Diego.

It's Monday 12:30pm on their 7th hole a par 3. The course is backed-up. They are PUNCHING the green, right in front of the flag. The maintenance person is NOT wearing a helmet, yet, he's waving us up to hit. What if we killed him with our shot.

This is the third time I've played the course and it's been well over 6 months since I've been here. The course was not in great shape compared to the last couple of times I played here. Greens are in good shape but the fairways were average at best. Several areas where they seem to be working on. I've always looked forward to coming but probably won't be back for a while given the current conditions vs. the price point. It was Father's day so I'll chalk up the horribly slow 5+ hour round as an outlier. Good course amenities and staff are great.

Course needs bunker work. For 100 dollars I would expect sand in the bunkers not hard dirt. The bunker are like concrete. Please work on bunkers.

The sprinklers went on at 7am onto the putting greens and we couldn’t finish the remaining 15-18 holes. So disappointed…
