Enagic Golf Club at Eastlake

I played this course in the end of May and it was in great shape. Today, the wasn’t a single green in great shape. Many of the the ball dribbled (bounced) across to the hole. Several fairways were under repair and the roughs weren’t even consistent.

Good course in good shape for this late in the summer

I have played many times at a his course and find it to be a great value for a course with a great layout and interested hole design. The Marshall was friendly and receptive to requests. The cart girl Shane was awesome and very nice. A couple of concerns I have is almost none of the ball washers had been filled and crab grass is prevalent on the fairways, greens surrounds and tee boxes. I hope the groundskeepers can get the grass back in shape. None of these issues would stop me from playing here. I recommend this course.

Massive patches of dirt and unplayable ground in fairways on all holes

Greens need some TLC. They were extremely bumpy. Could use a good roll.

Overall, the course seems to uppity for what they provide. They require collared shirts to hit on the range when the range is mats, can't even hit off grass.

We had a twilight time at 3:10. Teebox was clear from 130 to 3 and the starter would not let us go early. Instead, he bunched up for groups at three 310 315 and 320 Destroyed pace of play.

Weeds throughout course, grass was muddy in certain places on airways, with dead spots on fairways, rough was lacking maintenance throughout course. Disappointing as I play this regularly.

The fairways are in bad shape the rough is in bad shape The greens are nice but other than that its in bad shape.

What happened when Enagic bought the place they said they were gonna make it one of San Diego's best golf course but it is far far from it

They aren't mowing any of the rough so you can't find balls outside of the fairway. They are expanding the greens so they are in rough shape. Can appreciate they are making updates but not worth the $100 cost per round right now.

Course under some green renovation but still rolling very nice. Staff accommodating, pace of play ok it’s a weekend so have to deal with it. Always a fun and challenging course with fantastic greens.

I’ve always said this course was way too overpriced, but man played on Wednesday and the course is in horrible conditions. Every other hole is getting fixed which you have to avoid and not hit the workers. It would be fine if it was cheaper due to the conditions or at least they would let you know that the course is getting fixed. Paying $70 plus on a weekday is not it and felt like a robbery. Very disappointed and hope they fix the pricing at least since it looks like a $30 course.
