About
Black Creek Golf Club is an 18-hole, championship course that is conveniently situated less than an hour from Savannah. The course sprawls across acres of rolling countryside, surrounded by nothing but lush meadows and hills, providing the round with peaceful seclusion. The layout is player friendly enough for all skill levels and the blue tees are enough of a challenge for more advanced players. The front nine has a wide-open links-style layout that provides an interesting contrast to the back nine, which is characterized by tree-lined, narrow fairways. The greens are large and undulating and sometimes framed with strategically placed bunkers. The golf course winds through scenic coastal marshes and wetlands, which come into play on 13 holes. There is even an island green on Black Creek Golf Club's signature hole, the par-3 15th.

A little gem
I've played Black Creek probably about 10x now since I moved to the area 8 months ago and I have seen improvements each and every time! There was a period that they were doing a total overhaul of #'s 11 and 12 greens and they are now perfect! The only recommendation I would have would be to smooth down the 'cart path' areas so that it's not so bumpy- but hey, at least it knocked any kidney stones out that I had brewing! The most consistent attribute is the friendliness of the front desk staff- Joanne!! Every single visit, she has been the most friendly and accommodating person that I have EVER met at a golf course. She treats every single person like family and that alone, gives a reason to continue to play Black Creek.
Friendliest Course Around
Course in great shape for winter time. All the greens are true and consistent. Had a great round today.

Good day for golf
The weather was super with a little wind. They were working on course and nice to see improvement
I got to see the two greens 12& 13. They were in great shape. We will return to play, the only drawback is after the hurricane it demolished the grill & clubhouse and have not re-opened. They had great food and we loved playing golf then eating at their grill
Review
Everything was great. Greens, fairways, roughs, all conditions were superb. Only thing missing is a club house since the tornado took it away some years ago. I can be patient but its been a while now. Time to pony up.
Great value
This is an interesting and challenging course for average to above-average golfers. Two temporary greens have been eliminated with the creation of new ones. They had trouble keeping rough levels in control earlier in the year but the course is completely playable and much more enjoyable now. The staff is first rate, making Black Creek a great value and experience.
Great course
We were a little concerned when we arrived at the course. Didn’t look like anything special. A small building for the pro shop. A foundation where another building was. But the price was good so off we went. What a great surprise. Was a wonderful course well laid out and spread over a huge area because of marsh areas. The par threes were great. Course in decent condition. Wish it wasn’t so far away or we’d play it a lot. Had the course basically to ourselves which we loved.

Still a great track- they’re working on 2 greens that are gonna be awesome when they’re complete. Love the layout and the staff is the absolute friendliest in the area!
Black Creek
I enjoy playing the course . Fun layout. Two greens are temporary right now. Fairways are good and most greens are good. There are places on course that are bare.
Alright course, charged me a spectator fee
This course is alright, fairways are in good condition, greens and in ok condition. Be careful, if you bring someone with you thats not playing they'll charge you a $25 spectator fee.
