Nevada County Country Club

I had a reservation for 7 with 3 1/2 carts. Skip, who obviously does not skip meals, was grumbling about golf now. He said there were no carts for us unless we waited. Some of our party wanted to wait for carts as we saw Skip drive a tilted cart away along other people who got carts after we checked in. The lady then gave a portion of a refund as we ended up with 2 carts. The course was ok; however, the professionalism of the staff left something to be desired. We will play elsewhere next time. Alta Sierra and Darkhorse are great options to NCC.

Good condition for a small hillside track. Green were in great shape and ran true.

A beautiful little 9 hole course but the fairways run very close to one another and so you find yourself on a fairway of another often. One hole was pretty muddy, kind of a surprise as we are having a draught! When seeking info from staff, I found them to be a little off-putting until inquiring about joining, then the conversation became more user friendly?
The cart was clean and responsive. I felt the regular price of playing there $29/with cart for 9 holes was excessive as there are some pretty neat courses not too far away offering that same price for 18/with cart.

This course was clean, green,friendly staff and customers. The greens were very well manicured and fast. The carts have plenty of zip!

Not wild about lining up on 1st tee. No tee times.
