About
Bridgemill Athletic Club in Canton has a varied landscape that provides an interesting mix of holes ranging from flat and wide open to undulating and tree-lined. The layout isn't characterized by a specific feature but instead lets the lush, rolling terrain remain the focus. The well balanced golf course features numerous sand bunkers strategically placed throughout and water hazards also come into play on a few holes. The distinct 16th hole with its island green is known throughout Atlanta. This par 3 appears intimidating but it is more playable than it looks. Players of all skill levels stand a good shot at reaching the green. In addition to the golf course, Bridgemill Athletic Club offers a driving range and short game area as well as 25 tennis courts and a two-acre aquatic center.

Professionally run. Pricey given the time of year, but worth the money if you loathe poorly organized golf courses.

Greens sanded
This is the 3rd time playing in 2 months. First time the greens were aerated. Three weeks later they were aerated again, then yesterday...sanded. Wow! Disappointed. No warning from staff that this was going on. Still a good layout.
Went in to restaurant/snack bar at the turn. No hot dogs, sandwiches. One bag of Doritos. The small cooler with drinks and candy bars had a lock on it. The worker had no key. What a mess. It isn't that difficult Bridgemill, come on!!

We like Bridge Mill. Pretty day, slow pace friendly. The rough was way too long. Maybe by intention but lost ball trick. Greens recently punched were okay.

Pace of play
5 hour 30 min round. Spoke with staff and they said there was nothing they can do. That’s a crazy long time on a Thursday at 10:20AM

Good Course for public near Atlanta
The course was good with a ton of potential to be great. Staff very friendly, but cart girl only came by twice.
Tee boxes, fairways, and greens were all in great shape. Definitely could tell this course gets a lot of play, but good value for a public course. Could be a lot nicer if the average golfer

Pace of Play
I mentioned to the starter that since COVID the pace of play requirements have been very relaxed and on this day extremely slow. Where are the rangers to maintain the course pace of play? There was a group of kids two groups in front of us that held up the round all day. It ended up being a 5 hour round. In addition, guys should learn to play the appropriate tee box for their skill level.
