impressed, weekend round
was expecting the worst pace with weekend and noon tee time, BUT luckily had a group ahead and behind that knew how to enjoy, play, and move on...awesome! a bit over 4-hours works anyday...
course condition was MUCH better than expected, as was layout.
and a city course to have their carts fitted with 'digital yardage' AND 'bluetooth speakers built in'??? niiiiice!!!!

Worth the Trip
This LA municipal course was worth the trip for my brother and who drove up from Encinitas. After just one round I can easily say it’s in my top 3 favorite city courses.

Very good muni
In the past I’ve shied away from Hansen Dam mostly due to hole 10 which plays across a steep valley. Today I hit driver and birdied it. The fairways tees and greens were in very good condition especially considering the amount of play. The bunkers were raked. We played in 4 hours. The value is excellent. Recommended.
