RUDE STAFF

I know that I’m playing and paying for a LA City course, I fully understand that membership has gone from 10,000 people to 35,000 but it’s still no excuse for poor customer service and rude unprofessional starters. I’ve always found the starts here to be GRUMPY to say the least. Today’s experience found the need to call in the cart person to help with reservations and while speedy on the computer you would have thought this kid had never spoken to an adult in his life. Rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional. Spend some of that money on training people. You won’t always have this customer base. If I had a choice I wouldn’t spend my money here because they are rude. Pay the extra money for a professional environment

Course is typically in good conditions but the last couple of times, the tee boxes are always in bad shape. I don't understand it. Greens are good, fairways good, bunkers good, but the tee boxes are horrible! Please fix them!
