Course was in great condition. Bring water, long distance between water availability.
Disclose collared shirt requirement before booking
Two things need to be disclosed before booking at Oasis Club. 1 - Collared shirt requirement. I had to drive 5 miles back home to change shirts. 2 - This is essentially a part 3 course about half the yardage of a big boy layout. Many courses disclose this up front. Oasis Club does display yardage but one has to intentionally check course yardage to get this information. Otherwise okay though my round was about an hour slower due to a very slow group ahead.
Whole Course in Excellent Condition
We've played this course once or twice for a few years. This year it's in the best condition, tee to green, that we have ever played. Perhaps the best short-game challenge in the valley - certainly the best value.
Good training course.
Great course for improving your short game. That's where the money is! Friendly course with enough challenges to make you better.

Great staff, course is in excellent condition.Be careful for water sharks; eat up your golfballs. haha ! Kudos to Craig for his acknowledgement of your visits!

Played this par 60 courses and was very impressed,really great condition,greens very fast and true. Will definitely play again
Very good experience
Very nice mid length golf course. Played in just under 3 hours. 4th time we've played and 4th time we've enjoyed the experience. Very well maintained and staff very accomodating. Will definitely be back.
A Wonderful Desert Oasis
I chose the Oasis Country Club to play on Thursday, December 15, because I wanted to work on my short irons. I was delighted with the layout and the friendly staff.
The course was well maintained and I thoroughly enjoyed my round. I started as a single but joined a member/member couple and another single on the first four holes. Our foursome kept pace with the twosome in front of us and we finished the Par-60 layout in 3 hours, 10 minutes.
The course has 22 water hazards, which I avoided easily. The others had difficulty clearing the hazards on several holes and each lost 3-4 balls to errant shots.
I have been coming to Palm Desert for 18 years and this was my first time playing Oasis Country Club. I enjoyed my round and will definitely play there again next year when I return for my 2017 vacation.
Water Water
We weren't sure how we would like playing at the "Oasis" because of the water. We first played the course several years ago when our skill level was low. This time we lost only one ball and had a fun time. This is the course for short game improvement. It was in good condition and provided us with lots of nice gardens and lakes to look at.
