Needs a comeback
This used to be one of the coolest and well kept courses in San Diego. It’s worth it for the $25-45 range in its current state. But, when is it going to make a comeback? It’s such a great layout.
Fun Course for all!
Greens are in good shape. fairways are being worked on, there were many with areas under repair. All bunkers need TLC, they were so compacted and hard. Overall really enjoyed the course!
Reinstall the yardage markers!
Nice day, nice layout, some rough tees and fairway spots but decent overall. For the life of me I couldn’t understand why they took out the 200/150/100 markers.
Awful day of golf
Booked an afternoon tee time with some co workers, both carts were completely broken. One stopped in middle of fairway on 10 and we called pro shop who gave us verbal instructions on how to hard reset the darn cart.
This happened 7/8 more times during the rest of the round, fairways under repair in half the holes and an awful pace. Tee off at 2:45 and didn’t get through 15 holes.
Great day bad equipment
Golf great and weather perfect. Golf carts however very old and ran down. Both cart stopped running during a early morning round. Staff said the carts are "flaky". Unsat for a course that gets played a lot.
Nice course and nice day with my son
First time here and I really enjoyed celebrating my (adult) son's birthday with him here. Layout is really nice with scenic, well designed water hazards coming into play on a few holes. Moderately difficult if you are inconsistent off the tee. Greens were really nice condition and somewhat undulating, but fair and consistent. Tee boxes were good. Fairways were mostly good with a few brown sections as most course have this time of year in SoCal. Great value at $40 w/cart. I will be back.
Course Needs Work
Friendly folks to greet you and send you on your way. Very first hole we were mired in mud and muck. Encountered the same through most of the round. Fairways and rough. No sand in any bunker—only dirt. Greens were in decent shape but incredibly slow—-maybe 9 on the Stimp.
