Located in the heart of the Palm Desert in the Coachella Valley, Woodhaven Country Club offers panoramic views that stretch across the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa Mountains. The golf course has a traditional desert landscape but the stunning mountain views elevate it to a truly unique experience. The course has a classic design that is player friendly enough for beginners and even gentle enough juniors. It may not be what you're looking for if you want a formidable test, but more advanced players will appreciate it for a quick casual round. It's also great for working on your short game skills. The golf course is short and tight with immaculately manicured greens. You won't find much water at Woodhaven Country Club except on the 17th, which seems like its nearly all water.

Great Play
Course was in excellent shape for summer conditions. Very good greens and lush fairways.
Love the course
The greens have improved in 2 weeks they have done a wonderful job.
Great short track
Layout and overall conditions were pretty solid considering it is summer out here. Greens were a little slow and bumpy but we had a great time and the staff was extremely friendly. Perfect course to practice your wedge game.
Course is well played out and well maintained…
If there were one thing I would change it would be the tee boxes on six and 16… They are terribly close to the houses, not that there are in any danger of being hit… However, it can’t be good for the residence to hear golf balls being smacked so close to their house each morning, as well as having the ability to see into their yards and houses from the tee box…
Other than that, I would say this course is among some of the nicest I’ve played…
The Staff was Awesome
The guy Mark that checked us in was awesome, friendly, funny and quick. Cart Guy Ben loaded us up and we got out before our tee time.
We will go back
Enjoyable Round
Not particularly difficult or long, making for an enjoyable round. Fairways and approaches in good condition, but the greens had been aerated recently and needed mowing and were very slow and still a little sandy. Hole 17 is probably the best hole on the course.
A few suggestions
The gras in the fairways is cut too short….almost like hitting off of hard pan. Grass on some of the greens is missing. Perhaps early sign of disease.

Nice course
Played 3 times in a row after booking through Golf Now and getting a good rate each time. Slow time of year as it is very hot. High 90’s course is in great shape.

First time playing this course. Best deal on Golf Now that I could find for the dates I was in town. Very nice course, clean, friendly, amenities are great. I will recommend this course to all. With the prices of golf being silly anymore, this place is a bargain!! Loved it!!
I very nice Pro Shop, didn’t use the restaurant, but if it is similar to the rest of the amenities, I am sure it is great also.
Fantastic Course
We’ve played Woodhaven 3 times and consider it a great choice every time. Great value. Very well kept. Free range balls. AND the bar/restaurant has great food to boot!!!! A GREAT VALUE. We will play it many more times
