Mountain Vista Golf Club - Santa Rosa Course

Great parking. Free range balls before on natural grass. Fun layout. Receptive greens with modest undulations. Nice employees. Overall a very nice experience. Thank you.

My Son and I were teamed up with 2 other guys, Zack and Nathan. All of us are high 80's players, which made it fun. The fairways were yelliw, but still played great. The greens were in fantastic shape A bit tough to read. Overall, from the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, and helpful. It was our first time here., and we were treated with excellent customer service. We will definately play here again. Great day, and not pressed to rush. Finished just under 4 hours. Thanks for a Great Round!

This course is quickly making its way into my rotation of regular courses.

This course is fun no matter what tee box you play from and still challenging. With the elevated greens it makes approach shots crucial to scoring.

Tee spots can be off and still leave you with a good second shot but you have to be accurate around the greens to score.

I like this course. I wish there was beverage cart service. They do have restrooms on the course and water stations but it would be great to have a beverage cart.

Course is great. Challenging but good for golfers of every handicap level. I played with 3 residents and had a blast The locals who live there always make you feel welcome.

I enjoy this course. It’s fairly forgiving which makes playing fun.

I was disappointed there was not a single cart person the entire round and I played on the weekend. But, at least there are locations to get over and water. But the water that comes out is very hot.

We played again on this same course since yesterday, and it’s still hot! 😅

Wide fairway, perfect distance for senior players. We met up with a couple with the same tee time, and is about our level. We were the only playing group on the course, therefore the pace of play was fantastic, because noon time temperature was up over 100 degrees. LOL

For the summer time this course was in outstanding condition. As always staff and amenities are excellent!

I had a great time grabbing a round of golf in the heat of the summer. I found this to be a great value and the course was in great condition. I will certainly come back and highly recommend this course.

I love this course. The Fairways were in such great shape that they are better than the greens at my home course. I had to take a closeup to send to the girls back home. Playing in the summer heat we only saw one other person on the course so pace of play was perfect. The guy in the Pro shop was super friendly and really made us feel welcomed

Everything was on point, nice fairways, T box. Greens still healing from being punched recently but Allan’s all a great day golfing

I have played this course several times and it never disappoints me. Even though it was hot, the course has plenty of shady trees to help with the hot weather. The course was in great condition. I'll definitely play this course again!

Great layout . Staff was friendly and greeted with a smile . Course was clean and played great . Greens were well maintained even now that they are going through transition.

Course great. Pace of play pretty good for a busy day about 4 hours. Having a beverage cart or somewhere to buy drinks on the course would be nice.

Fun course to play in very good condition. Enjoyed the stretch of holes around the waterfalls. Plenty of water available on a hit day.

Course was in great shape, especially for late June. Staff was helpful and all went well. The only issue I had is that upon arrival we were informed that there would be a shotgun start because the residents all want to get their rounds in before it gets too hot. While this is understandable, it led to a slow pace of play. We waited on most shots and most holes throughout the round.

It would be helpful if this was noted somewhere during the booking process.
