Omni Rancho Las Palmas Resort - South/West

We had a tee time of 12:58 pm and we were there by 12:45 well there’s was two other groups in front of us and we learned their tee times were 1:07 pm and 1:117pm but somehow they were allowed to go in front of us! As a result big that and the overall pace we didn’t tee off till almost 1:35pm the pace throughout the course was extremely slow. We mentioned this a couple of times to ranger but nothing was done he was more concerned about carts staying on paths. We never finished the 18th holes as we lost sunlight. We come out to Phoenix area to visit my daughter at least 4 times a year. We golf all over the valley and someone recommended your course.but it really isn’t worth the price.

The staff was the only positive for this course. They called early to advise of a frost delay and they did try to accommodate everyone. Having said that…they advertised a driving range facility but advised that it was mowing day so not available. Why they wouldn’t mow in the late afternoon is anyone’s guess. (The mower still hadn’t arrived when we teed off. ) The putting green was a putting brown. Poor condition. The course was not much better. Some areas didn’t have a cart path and you would have hoped for a 4x4 to maneuver your cart to the next hole. At two points during play, we encountered 12 carts playing together. It was comical. We had golfed this course years ago and it was great. Sadly, it has gone downhill.

I called the course 3 days prior to my scheduled tee time, due to weather they canceled on their end but said I would need to contact GolfNow to cancel and receive refund. I tried emailing but have not a gotten a response from GolfNow. This is my last resort to get $190 refund. If it is not resolved soon this will be my last time booking through golf pass as any change in plans is a pain to work with GolfNow

Pace could have been better. Course in good shape, had to wait because of Frost delay, course furnished free range balls in lieu of delay! I assume the Frost delay affected the pace of play.

Course was in great shape, watch out for the rough. Just long enough to lose a ball or 2 and thick. Pace of play was good, finished in about 4 hours. Staff friendly and helpful. Worth playing if you're in the area.

For a course that charges less than $100 in season, this is a good, challenging course. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The course is in good condition albeit surprisingly wet in places. A good value!

the North course was in terrible shape and golfers should not have been sent to play it. South course was great but did not finish due to darkness

Very good course especially for the rate I paid. Much. Better than cheaper courses in the area. Actually had some water in a desert course. Very plush greenery

Good deal. Decently challenging course. Greens were a little long and slow. Course was also extremely wet. No accessible bathrooms on course. No cart service. Would play again if there’s a deal on pricing

The south and west were overseeded and in very good condition. I have played here many times over the years. Always enjoy this course. It plays well!
