Welcome to US Open green speeds
The course is in good condition, pace of play was great, staff was super friendly and inviting. I enjoy the layout of the course and the value is great. As other users have said the greens are fast. It’ll impact not just your putting but your approaches as well. Miss on the high side of the pin and you’ll be lucky to 2 putt.
Challenging
Challenging course that requires you to think. Tight fairways and long. If your misses are pull/hooks, you’re in for a long day lol.
Fun course, Fast greens
The course was in great shape. The fairways were very well managed. The greens are very firm and play really quick which made for an interesting challenge for chips and approach shots. Shop staff were friendly and helpful. Even the guy that brings the carts out for you was super cool. Definitely a good experience and looking forward to playing again.
Hard Course
This course ALWAYS kicks my butt.. it’s hard period.. greens are fast and if that’s not enough you gotta deal with crazy breaks & hard pin placement!
Some holes do play narrow so put that driver away .. I’ll be back for another butt kickin.. staff is very friendly course condition is great, pace of play is great didn’t have to wait on a Saturday round is a bonus!
Overpriced
Course is worth top $55 weekend price
Greens are horrible they run like ice cement with a bunmpy ground
Fairways and tee boxes smh and carts for a country club no gps or lay out marks in the fairs for distance
Feel bad for a true country club member
Great Course, Challenging
Already a hard course and we went when the winds were going crazy but still had a great time. It’s an amazing course and I’m really good shape.
Great , but….
The only thing bad I have to say about this course is pace of play is unbearable
Course was alright. Front 9 was nicer but nothing crazy but back 9 needs a lot of love. Greens rolled fast but the fairways had tons of dead spots. Overall course was fun but probably not worth the 67$ I spent.
Greens vs Me
Normally putting is my A game, 1st hole on in 3 and 10ft. from the hole, green was like putting on ice and it took me 4 putts to make it in the hole, ball would not hold on the green. Was like that for the first few holes but after that I began to figure it out, wasn't expecting that but now I know better.
much better
when we played a few months ago, the rough was awful. they had let the grass grow too long and we were losing balls within 5 feet of the fairway!
The grass was cut properly and we had a much better time this outing.
Great day on the course with my son!
First time playing the course. I understand it used to be a private course. The layout does have a private course feel to it. Overall, the course was in great condition. Greens rolling very good and quick. Some areas of the course being worked on off the fairways installing flowers and shrubs. Free drop from these areas. Great value on Golf Now and will definitely be back again in the near future.
Holiday Golf
Most amenities shutdown for the holidays, course leaves everywhere and the Proshop treats non members like non members.
