Solid venue with some great games for intermediate and novice players
Played here about 6 times.
Easy check in
Driving range is easy and simple
The cart was the same
The course has great variety with not too many hazards
Lots of joint played wooded area for common slicers of the ball
I have always enjoyed playing here
Can be played by anyone. New or advanced
This is course needs to do a better job in taking care of the grass and bunkers
Grass off fairways are too long, it’s hard to find the ball off mis-hits. Water flooding in bunkers.
Beautiful Day
Teamed up with 2 other gentlemen. We had a great time. Course in great condition (they are redoing 2 t boxes). Wish they would legal hole 5 white tee box. Other than that GREAT DAY
Decent Conditions
There were several Par 3s that were just resodded so there were very short.
Great place for the $
Great friendly staff as always.course its in a great shape.greens were good.
Beautiful day
Course was in great conditions. Greens in great shape. Only complaint was that tee boxes were rock hard. Sharpened your tees and bring a hammer
The rough was ruff
The course is usually very fair. But this week the rough was so long that I lost 3 balls just off the fairway. The mower is going to uncover 100s of lost balls.
Nice, of course I would play again
Diamond Oaks was in pretty good shape, but the greens had been sanded and didn’t roll worth a hoot.
The layout is fair and enjoyable for the average golfer, and I would play it again. The greens needed some water but I expect in a week or two they’ll be rolling fairly nice.
Aerated
Unknowingly to me, they aerated less than 2 weeks ago. There was sand everywhere. Tee Off did not mention aeration or offer any discount, unlike the other single in my group that played for 1/2 of my price through Golf Now. Aerating is a great thing for greens. Several courses in the area need it. But I want to know if it's happened recently so I can decide if I want to play or not... usually, not. 4:53 round. They started collecting a $5 cart key refundable deposit, which is kind of annoying at the end of the round.
Nice Course
It was wet from recent rains. Not much advantage from women’s tee (red). Did not see tees in front of women’s.
Enjoyed course but very little roll on fairway (from rain). I got a lot of practice with my fairway metals, so that was fine. Hard to reach greens in regulation due to tee placement and wet fairways. I did enjoy course and will play again.
