Everyone was friendly everyone was great great time today
Beautiful Day
No complaints. Walked 18 and had take out food and beverage service. All you can ask for with all the CoVid craziness. Course was in great shape. All in all a good day. Thx
Awesome day!
Great customer service from the dude in the pro shop. Booked a tee time with cart but I prefer to walk. Wanted to hit a warm up bucket and he comped me a token since I wasn’t taking a cart. Take notes people.....This is old school great customer service that you seldom see anymore. Big shout out to Diamond Oaks. I will definitely be a returning customer. Great parkland course also!!!!
First Time Impressions
I played this course for the first tine . My initial thoughts are that it is poorly maintained, fairway dough too high and clumsy, bunkers hard w/ no sand & the greens were recently punched - automatic two put . Not happy or worth the money. Staff overall was awesome . Won’t be back and would not refer to a friend until it’s maintained at the rate of a $50.00 course
This course has seen better days
It was a beautiful winter day, 70 degrees. All fairways are dead and wet with no rain in weeks. Its a shame this once nice course has become in such pitiful shape. I won't be going back anytime in the future. Possibly try again this summer.
Fairway Care Needed
Greens in good shape. Fairways need grass and too muddy for no rain. Bunkers are dirt/sand. Not the good ol neighborhood course it once was.
Dissatisfied
Course very dry with poor fairways. Tee box’s needed mowing. Pin placement mostly on slopes of every green? I use to enjoy playing there........
WILL PLAY MORE OFTEN
played white tees but blues are also playable. course still recuperating from a wet winter and fairways are still bare and a little muddy. otherwise great layout and had a great time with our foursome.
Very Nice Course
For winter thge course was in very good condition. The fairways were a little brown. Muddy along the cart paths. The greens were in great shape. The course played very fast - expect a lot of rolls.
Fairways need work!
The fairways do not drain properly and very muddy. I started the 5"9" and finished 6'1". The greens were pretty good but no excuse for the fairways as there hasn't been much rain this month.
Nice Course
Good round. Course is a bit wet, not unusual this time of year. Hea, we were out golfing in January.!
Too bad! Poor management.
Too bad! This could be a great local option. BUT: the tee boxes are in terrible shape; the bathrooms are out of order; you have to pay a $5 “cart key” deposit and return to the clubhouse to get the money back (don’t forget or you lose your money!); no cart service... I wanted to like my experience, but didn’t.
Great course
I was very surprised at how well the course was taken care of. The greens were pure, and rolled nicely.
Charged while weather did not permit play
I normally do not write reviews. I booked a tee time through golf now and the morning of the weather did not permit play. I may multiple attempts to call the pro shop and cancel or reschedule my tee time and had. I luck with the answering my call. They charged me for a no show and was very disappointed. Had they answer the call I would have rescheduled for the following day. I will be seeking my $44 back through Golfnow. I have booked over 100 rounds in the last 5 years and never had a. I show charge. This is beyond redivision’s. Had they answered their phone, I would have simply rescheduled my gold round.
