The course website states the new owners are making substantial improvement. Fairways were very rough, but the greens were better. There are a number of unprotected tee boxes and fairways exposing golfers to errant shots from adjoining fairways (and the driving range).

Not up to standards
Course conditions were poor and to be honest I feel like they are false advertising this course based on the pictures shown. Pace of play was also bad, the fairways were patchy and dead. All around not the best experience I’ve had and wouldn’t come back

Arrowhead golf
First time playing course. Very well challenge course. Most of the par 3 are 190+ yds from blue tees. Fairways are well kept. Definitely will come back to play.

course has been abandoned, too many dry/dirt spots on the fairway.

I genuinely feel bad for the people that work here and pay money to play here. The owners are interested solely in a cash grab and care little for the staff and clients they keep. The course is in terrible shape and the money goes to what? Parking lot and off course amenities that aren’t functioning? Makes no sense. Put money into the course, signage for the reroute of the back nine so people aren’t playing out of order. Treat your employees as if they have worth. Spend your money where they value you and your experience. This isn’t it.

SoCal golfer
Course is getting a little better, just not run well. Parking lot clean up is the highlight. That’s a problem. Should have spent some money changing the fairway grass. The private club Bermuda needs winter rye… now that it’s public, time for a change. Changing the back nine holes around…?
I’ll leave that up for debate. Finally, the food, or the lack there of…. Terrible….ACC has potential, let’s see how it goes this spring….

Classic course, great layout!
We've been playing Arrowhead for several years and there was a time when the greens were in horrible shape and much needed maintenance was plain to see all over the course. But the new owners have really made some major improvements and it sounds like many more to come. We look forward to watching the course return to the beautiful layout it once was!, as the potential is certainly there!
At least the greens were good
This course needs a lot of help. The fairways were mostly dirt, the sand traps were devoid of sand and the teeboxes were in sad shape. Hopefully come spring they may get the grass back.
On the other hand the greens were perfect. Fairly fast and really smooth. Pace of play was fine, but it was a weekday. Also glad to see they have opened the snackbar.

Save your money
I know it's winter and most course grass is dormant but I don't believe this course even gets watered. Bare fairway in a majority of the course ie flat dirt on fairways. Glad I went through golfmoose for the voucher because I would definitely not have liked paying regular price for this course. Tee boxes, some greens and fairways need alot of work. I hope during spring this course can regain its prestige.

Course was in below normal conditions for this time of year. Many areas of dirt in which would be considered unplayable.

I had a very good golf day at Arrowhead today. The course was in pretty good shape and I was surprised to see new carts. Pace of play was excellent, the snack bar was open again and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
